Partnership Painting is an excellent choice for prepping and painting both exterior and interior areas. We have used them for both. The exterior job has received compliments from many friends and neighbors. They just finished up our interior project, and it looks like we now live in a brand new house. Both exterior and interior had not been painted for over 20 years, so there were many challenges to get the surfaces to the painting point. Partnership Painting handled all of them. This is your best choice for painting. My wife is very picky, and she could not be happier.

Thoughtful, patient and attentive, PP's crew was punctual and friendly.Prep work was thorough, including helpfully finding carpenter to repair damage from termite and dry rot on our wooden shingles, beams, facias and posts. Price for premium work and supplies was also premium; this is not for the discount shopper. But cost was competitive enough to warrant the final ease, professionalism, neatness and quality of the work rendered.

Job start: Feb. 25, 2020 Job end: Mar. 11, 2020 Kudos to Partnership Painting, especially to painters Julio and Mark, for a job well done. Until a month ago, it was more than 35 years since the exterior of my house was painted. Due to neglect, there was extensive termite and water damage to the fascia boards and eaves, as well as unsightly patches of cracked and peeling paint on the stucco. Julio and Mark meticulously repaired all the damage prior to painting. Thanks to their attention to detail and painting skills, my house is now the “blue jewel” of the neighborhood. Just had Partnership Painting complete 4 interior rooms of the house and Rene and Edgar did an outstanding job! I was a bit concerned with how they would do the entry since we only wanted the trim painted and did not want existing wallpaper to be removed. They were especially careful and the job came out looking terrific with no issues to the wallpaper. This was the second time we used their services. The first was in 2019 when they painted the exterior of the house with equally good results. In both cases they showed up everyday as scheduled and jobs were completed as scheduled. Partnership Painting company has been a godsend to me. I have a very nice heavy hardwood double doors that a previous painter some 4 years ago had messed up. They used to be stained and varnished. The previous painters used actual paint mixed with varnish and ruined the look of my doors, which had recently started to bubble up and peel. Partnership Painting was the only company that was willing to strip the paint, re-stain and varnish my hardwood doors. It was a very messy job and took almost four days to get the job done. But it was so worth it because my doors look stunning now, with the beautiful grain of the wood exposed by the stain and varnish. The team leader Rene who worked on my project was terrific. And his partner Edgar was good too, a very fast and hard worker. There was only one mishap on my project when Edgar failed to install one of the door seals properly and ended up gouging the door sill. It showed the lack of experience on Edgar's part and I hope he learned from the mishap. My one recommendation to Rene, the team lead, would be for him to assign tasks to his co-worker only after explaining to him how the work should be performed and what to watch out for. I would highly recommend Partnership Painting. They are pretty pricey, but you get what you pay for, and with Partnership Painting you get the best of the best.

After months of indecision on my part I finally signed with Partnership Painting and I was not disappointed. Scott and his team completed a three color paint of our 1912 wood sided (bottom half) and shake shingled (top half) house and garage in three weeks. They followed all the necessary safety protocols during their prep work and expertly addressed a lot of damaged siding and shingles. One of my favorite parts was their suggestion to refinish (stain and varnish) the front door. Thank goodness, as it came out beautifully, and completed the overall facelift. Scott even arranged for all the door hardware to be refinished in a day. The same three person team was onsite throughout the project, showed up at 7:45 every day and worked tirelessly until 4:00. They then spent time cleaning up and leaving the yard in as orderly a manner as you could expect when such a big job is getting done. Scott regularly came over and walked the property to address any questions or concerns. It was great that he did, but his foreman was a pleasure to work with and we regularly reviewed progress and worked through my questions. In short, I could not be more satisfied with Partnership. Top notch people and service.

His experience allows him to give you direct answers to your questions and his recommendations that at times saves you money! Our house is a 1929 cottage style Pasadena home - we wanted to be sure we restored and maintained the original charm of the home. During the project we had a fantastic crew, Julio was our lead on the project and was just a pleasure to have on site, his constant attention to detail and communication put us at ease. The painting team brought their A game, the quality of work from prep, restoration of all the wood trim, and the overall painting of the house, garage and wrought iron fence all came out beautiful. We could not have had a better experience. Just a note we had our original front door completely restored by Julio (both in and outside), hardware included and could not have had better results - looks like a brand new door. We have used Partnership Painting for over a decade, and they always do a great job for us. The paint crew is always extremely professional, courteous, and responsive. We recently had a lot of plaster damage from a leaky roof and leaking windows from the previous year's rains, so we had them paint after we had the roof repaired and windows replaced. The crew did a wonderful job repairing the plaster and matching the unique texture to the rest of the room. Probably not the least expensive painters, but we know we will always end up with a good paint job with the least amount of fuss. The crew always leaves the site clean. Scott follows up to make sure we're happy with the job, and on the rare occasion we've had something that needed touching up he made sure it got handled promptly and we were totally satisfied.
