Last week Saturday morning I came to get help with picking my fence colour that I have been undecided for 3 months now. The staff at Erin Mills Paint was very welcoming and greeted me as soon as i came in. They suggested i speak with Keerthana their colour expert to help me with my decision making. I found Keerthana very warm and friendly, listened well to my concerns and gave me a few options to help me decide. She was patient with my slow decision making and made the process very fun and exciting and explained why she chose the 3 color options. I enjoyed the interaction and she helped me to ensure i had all the tools necessary to complete the project. She even helped me carry the products to my car. I love the colour we decided to go with. I would highly recommend them for their excellent customer service! Thank you!

staff requires basic customer service training. I was told they will call me when my order is ready in about 30 minutes, I was waiting outside in my car in the winter, 35 minutes later, I called them from outside the window. and they told me to check my email instead! giving there were only a handful of orders besides door, they could simply just ask my name rather than shutting the door in front of my face to make me calling them again.

Staff needs to be better trained. I came in to pick colors. She told us that certain product line is available in any color. Went home matched up the colors that we want. When I came back to the store I was told the colors I picked from the samples were not available in the product line that we want. Now I have to go home but other line up samples to pick different colors. I feel like sales clerk unnecessarily wasted our time. I believe I will be going to a different store to purchase the paint.

This is the worst place ever especially if you are looking to buy Benjamin Moore paint. I bought two quarts of banana yellow in Regal for 2 1/2 accent walls. My walls turned green!! So I bought a full gallon and added more coats but my accent walls are still green!!! My initial thought was to paint the rest of my home marcarpone. But after what happened with the accent walls I didn't open or use the mascarpone paint gallon. I let the manager know who refuses to refund the one untouched, unopened, gallon of paint. It is my right to ask for a full refund since I was sold low quality paint and I have to bear the consequences of green walls. Despite all that, all I am asking is to take back the unopened gallon. But they still refuse!!! What am I going to do with low quality paint and why am I wasting my money when I should get a refund?!

I was here a few months ago and bought a gallon of paint for redecorating my living room. I came back this past week to get another quart to use after I did some patchwork on a couple of the walls. I was a bit concerned that the paint colour would not be an exact match, especially since I was buying a different quantity. But it matched perfectly. Benjamin Moore paint seems to be more expensive and they don't seem to have nearly the number of sales that other paint companies have. But I love the quality. I'll definitely come back here for my serious painting projects On a final note, I found the salespeople at this store to be polite and helpful.

I hate to write a review based on a poor experience with 1 employee but I feel its important that bad behavior and poor "customer service" be called out and addressed. I was initially "assisted " by an individual named " Danielle" (assuming I wasn't given a fake name). She was RUDE, AGGRESSIVE AND DISMISSIVE. She seemed bothered in having to assist me so I waited for another lovely young lady to help....while " Danielle " went back to gossiping with the other individuals who also weren't working. It was like night and day in terms of treatment. I will be raising this matter with Management in hopes that "Danielle " will be coached or perhaps moved to a non client-facing role.

Would not recommend you using their website or calling in with a credit card to purchase paint. I get it, it's easier to do but your info is kept on a piece of paper and is not disposed of once the purchase is made. This makes it very easy to have your card info stolen or misused. The tickets with your card number are kept by the store and are NOT put under lock and key or a safe. PLEASE make sure if you do purchase paint you are getting the proper discounts you are entitled to. EXAMPLE: if you purchase more than 5 gallons of paint you should get a discount of $5/per gallon which they "forget" to give. ( this is an edit to my post after the owners contacting google) I do not understand what is not truthful about this review and have no reason to lie. This is a hard time that we are in currently and I am only writing a review on my experience.

I went to the store today looking for assistance on deciding the colour that I wanted to buy. I spoke to the cashier, she told me that she would send someone to help me. I waited for over 10 minutes, no one showed up. They knew I was waiting for help but no one seem interested to help. There were 4 staff on the store working that day. First time to visit this store, very disappointed. I was surprise to have received a phone call from the owner (Chris). He was very kind and understanding of my frustrations at the store when I visited. Making such effort to find out about my experience is enough to show how he is very focus on excellent customer service. I highly encouraged everyone to go out and check this store...I’m assuming that this is the one isolated incident that happened that day. I will shop at this store again.

We picked up paint from Benjamin Moore only to realize it was the wrong colour, so went back to see if it was salvageable. Keerthana and I connected and she tried to add to the original colour to make it the colour of my choice, which took several attempts. Unfortunately, I was pressed to buy new paint. A sample was given to me to match at home. Keerthana provided her number and recommended I photograph the end result for her to see.
