In our experience at CAR STAR Mississauga 401, we dealt with Matthew, who was extremely professional. He provided us with quotes on the spot after inspecting both of our vehicles, and was very transparent with the cost. Amazingly priced quotes that were backed up with amazing quality service. Both vehicles were completed in the time frame that was estimated, and there were no hidden costs. Our cars were returned to us looking as if they were brand new right from the dealership! Although we only required external body work, they even detailed the interior of our cars for us, which was a great surprise. I would highly recommend CAR STAR for all your car needs!

Brought our vehicle in for a replacement bumper after a “rear ender.” Matthew looked after us upon arrival and arranged the car rental (done in-house) before giving us a detailed description of the repairs being performed. He also provided us with an accurate ETA of when the work would be completed and a follow up phone call on the day it was ready. The car was nicely restored to our satisfaction and then washed and detailed upon pick up. I found Matthew to be very professional and “to the point”. He looked after us well and I would highly recommend this location as long as he’s there.

I got rear ended on the highway and my insurance company asked the tow truck driver to take the car to Carstar, they were very friendly and took care of me before even looking at my car. They also provided a rental car right away and everything was hassle free. I just picked up my car and it is very clean inside, the paint job looks amazing, they also replaced my windshield and gave me a really good deal on it. I am extremely happy with the team and thank you for fixing my car

Super professional! Didn't even have to lift a finger!! Thank you to Eeshan for taking care of my damaged car. Parts were already ordered! A truck unfortunately struck the side of my vehicle and did a fair amount of damage to the paint, body and wheel. Matthew was friendly and professional, ensured I got a nice rental and was on my way without delay. He did a great job keeping me informed as the repairs were being done, making sure my concerns were addressed. I'm very impressed (and relieved!) with the fix. The paint was perfectly colour-matched, and all of the body lines are right on. I recommend this CarStar location, work with Matt, you won't regret it.

I got in a car accident, and needed to replace my rear bumper. My insurance company recommended CARSTAR, and I am happy they did. The people there make the whole process very enjoyable. Dealing with collision repairs is never easy, especially when you rely on your car for your livelihood. The team there kept me in the loop every step of the way, and even had my car cleaned (which is a nice touch!). If you are in the Mississauga region and beyond, I highly recommend.

Got into an accident on September 4th and visited Carstar Argentia on September 7th. Pictures were taken by Peter and sent to the insurance. He told me it would take a week for the insurance to review and approve. One week later he called and said repairs were approved. In the meantime, Nissan reviewed the report and confirmed all parts were genuine Nissan parts. Scheduled the work to be done on September 28th. Received an email from Enterprise confirming my rental. Took the car in, repairs were done in the stated time. My Rogue is back and it looks AMAZING. Peter and his crew took the time to review what was repaired. Pointed out the warranty feature that all work is lifetime guaranteed. Thank you Peter and Carstar Argentia. I will definitely tell everyone about my EXCELLENT experience!!!!!!

Accidently driving over a tree stump I dislodged the bumper at the back wheel. My wife took the car into Carstar to repair it. The technician looked at it and even without an appointment fixed it immediately. His kind and prompt attention is very much appreciated. A very smooth transaction overall. Dropped my car off to be repaired after a minor not-at-fault accident. CarStar handled the repairs and invoicing with my Insurance Co. Very friendly and helpful. Did the work quickly and to a high standard. Price was better than others I called in the area for the window replacement and they were approved by my insurer. I have been to other car star locations and received excellent service but today I called the one in Mississauga. I called first thing in the morning and received a appointment within 90 minutes. I spoke to Mathew on the phone and he was absolutely professional. Then I met the appraiser and he said it wasn’t so bad and he could probably just buff the scratches out. He asked if I would like to get it done now and I was astonished. He looked after me right away and the job looked great ???? They told me no charge and I was out the door just after 11 am. This would be amazing in it self but then you throw Covid 19 in the mix and it is outstanding service. I highly recommend this business and thank you very much for you looking after me ????

I have previously had work done by this Carstar management team but at a different location and has always been top notch. In this case my car was clipped in the rear driver side of the car by a cargo truck. The side panel and rim were damaged. This Carstar team was very diligent in booking me in as soon as they had the parts needed. My car was dropped off, the rental car was ready, and the entire process took about a week. My beautiful car looks like nothing happened, my rim was replaced, and was all done with exceptional service to make it look and feel new. Thank you, Mike and Kapi’s team, for the great service and experience. Ps. Love the clean up and detail that was done on Madame Blanche!!
