We have been very impressed with Andy and his team at Neighbourhood Painters! He and his team were on time everyday. They were all very professional. Andy responded quickly to our texts and kept in touch to ensure we were all on the same page. The final product looks fantastic! It was done on time and true to the initial quote. There was a huge hail storm after the paint job was completed and Andy returned to our house to see if there were any touch ups we might need. We have already recommended Neighbourhood Painters to friends. We'll be using them again for our interior as they are excellent at what they do.

We had an excellent experience working with Andy and his crew of painters. They worked very hard everyday to paint our entire house. I felt they treated our house like their own. The crew arrived early every morning and worked into the evening. They were very prompt to answer any questions or concerns we had during the process. They spent extra care and time on painting all of our built-ins. Repairing any damage on the cupboards and making sure to sand them between coats to ensure they were smooth. They used high quality paint and took care to make sure every wall was perfect. Andy came back after the job was complete to go over any areas we had concerns about, and fix small touch ups. We will be using them again to paint the exterior of our house, and we would HIGHLY recommend them any of our family and friends.

We purchased a house and honestly, I have never seen such a bad paint job. Who uses gloss paint on all the walls!!! After searching for painters and getting various quotes, I came across Andy with Neighbourhood Painters. He gave me an honest opinion in regards to painting the ceiling and walls, and could of gouged me for way more money than he did with going for the gusto, but instead he provided me with a very reasonable quote for doing our ceilings, walls, and touching up the stair railing and trim at the back door, and he provided a layout of the work needing to be done, along with all his credentials, etc. We first got the ceilings painted on the main level prior to us moving in. They looked fabulous, such a fresh look. With myself being stressed with the previous owner's painting skills, Andy provided me with reassurance (a few times!) that all would be fixed. Andy and crew came and painted (sanded, filled in holes, etc) all the walls on the main level. We are completely 100% satisfied with the results and how it has turned out. Our disaster walls have been reformed into looking at how a real painter paints! We did meet Krystle who was painting here the last day. One thing that was such a pleasant surprise was how well she cleaned up after finishing the room. I even went around doing the finger test, checking for dust on furniture, and there was none to be found. I've had painters before, and have never experienced this, but with this company there was virtually nothing to clean up after. If I ever need painting again I will have Neighbourhood Painters come in a heart beat!

If you are considering any painting tasks, it's a must that you consider Andy & his team from Neighbourhood Painters. Right from the beginning, Neighbourhood was impressive. Andy was always on time for any appointments & any commitments that were made were completed as promised. The quality of work was exceptional, and the price quoted was the price invoiced. Any touch-up's that were required were completed within 48 hours of the request being made. I haven't had a lot of good experiences with home contractors, but Neighbourhood Painters have been a surprise pleasure to deal with. Definitely give them a call for any painting projects. You won't be disappointed!

The owner would come and give estimate on cost and time to start. we did get pushed a week behind but that was due to the weather but we had figured that before he said anything. Andy kept us informed of the work that was beening done and did a walk thru once the work was done . Andy was excellent. He provided an estimate quickly and charged me exactly as quoted. He started the job within a week from quoting it. During the course of the job, the wrong stain colour was applied to a portion of the structure. Andy immediately gave it his attention, figured out a solution with the stain provider and rectified it at no cost to me. I was impressed with how professional he was, especially in that uncomfortable situation where something had gone wrong. Highly recommend.

Andy was waiting at our new home, as promised, 5 minutes before our official possession with his team, ready to get started and we appreciated that as we gave him a pretty tight timeline (sorry Andy!). He was on site everyday with his team, including a stat holiday and weekends, and finished the job within the timeline and did an amazing job. We cannot recommend this company enough and he has become our go-to contact for any and all painting needs.
