Unfortunately we cannot recommend this company to do your painting. We had them come in to paint the exterior of our home this summer. When the gentleman came to do the estimate we voiced our concerns about overspray since we have a new fence and rain gutters. He agreed and told us that it would be rolled. Weeks later when the painters came (while we were at work)they sprayed anyway and while they took down the new down spouts they left the bracket straps up and painted them. As a result there was a extreme amount of overspray on our fences, cement patio area, landscaping, soffits and brackets for the downspouts. Holes from where we took down the house numbers were left unfilled yet painted over. It was stated on the estimate that this would be done. I voiced my concerns with both the painting team that came back the next day as well as staff in the office. The painting team spent a few hours cleaning up before painting again and the office was very apologetic. They let me know that they rarely roll paint on stucco due to concerns of the stucco possibly falling off with rolling. That's fine, but we should have been informed or consulted before they decided to not follow our requests. When I got home from work that night I found a ladder leaning up on my house, a tarp spread along the lawn, open paint sitting out and a paint brush with drying paint on it on the deck table. ODD! I figured they must have had to leave in a hurry. They couldn't have been done painting because there places you could still see through the paint, many of the overspray spots hadn't been touched and the green painters tape was still around several of the windows and light fixtures. So we waited.....for six days, then received a bill?! I called them to see if it was a mistake. It wasn't. They thought they were done. When I asked it they were going the want there items they didn't even know it was missing. An inspector came and made a checklist of all the things that stilled needed to be done. Next day the same painter came to do more touch ups and finishing. That evening after he left, I could follow everywhere he went in my yard because he dripped paint all the way along. I did call CertaPro and let them know that I was pretty unhappy with most of my experience with them. They were very apologetic, asked what they could do to fix it and explained that the gentleman that came was a newer painter. I thanked them for the apology but explained that I was done letting them try to fix it. We are sad. We saved a long time to do an exterior renovation this summer and are feeling like we paid fairly well recommended professionals and got an amateur product. Next time we will just do it ourselves.
