Needed to constantly follow-up to confirm that workers were coming and when asked could never get a firm date and time. 2) Did not come in the times that were scheduled and not completed on time. 3) Final results were average.

Hail damage last Summer (2020) meant an Insurance Claim, exterior paint and vinyl. The painting was just performed by CertaPro - Chris and Anji specifically, went over and above, in restoring the paint on my wrap around front porch(large) spindles and railings, as well as the window baton trim and detail on the front and side of my home. I say over & above, as i expected to have to do the lower skirting areas of the front porch as there is greenery (shrubs and garden) encompassing the area - but they pulled them back safely and painted everything! I remain very impressed and wanted to share this. Just wanted to extend my thanks in getting this paint project complete for me!

When Christian came out and gave me the quote he told me it would take approximately three days to do the job. To my surprise it was done in a day and a half they must’ve pulled an all night to make this happen.I arrived at my condo to do the walk-through with the painters and everything was clean tidy wipe down even the pictures were hung back up on the wall it was just to see if I had never left and I came back to a fresh coat of paint. I would highly recommend this team and I will definitely be using them for my future painting needs. Highly recommend it

CertaPro was competitive in pricing with the two other painting companies we had quote our house. The experience was good right from the estimate (Kristijan) to the first day walkthrough of choosing colors. The supervisor (Liz) helped us select final colors which helped us feel comfortable we made the right choices. The painters (Wes and team) were timely, on budget, skilled, provided daily updates, and honest about any changes that would help the house look better. After the job was complete there was a follow up walk through to confirm we were satisfied with the paint job. Any touch ups were dealt with in the coming day. We would highly recommended using CertaPro.

I got 3 quotes for exterior painting (soffits and vinyl shed). CertaPro was competitively priced and scheduled my job quickly (other companies were scheduling end of July, compared to CertaPro early June). Josh's team did a great job and was meticulous, especially with the prep and coverage of the soffits. They also worked around a robin's nest with eggs that was less than a foot from the soffits, which was very appreciated by me and the mama robin. I am very happy with the results and would recommend CertaPro and Josh in particular. Communication was 10/10 both pre and post-job.

Great experience working with CertaPro (Calgary South). I had the team come in to do a full top-to-bottom paint job on a 1500 square-foot house. They worked within my budget, started within about a week of sending me my quote, and finished on-time despite having to work around a few other trades that were also doing work. Their team was friendly, professional, and the work was of good quality. My only note to customers is to ensure that the removal of door and/or wall hardware (curtain rods, towel rods, duct covers, etc.) is within the quote's scope (however, if you are handy, this can be an easy DIY job).

The painters did just an ok job not a “pro” job. They did not have straight lines on all the baseboards, splattered paint in tubs, sinks, floors. They also did no vacuum up the baseboards and the carpets after the job was done due to their sanding. They gave a 60 discount and said that I should have left the mess and they would have come back and cleaned. This was over the Christmas holidays so we would have had to live in a dirty house over the holidays. I would not recommend them for a house paint job as is was approaching $3000 and I should not have to go back and fix or clean anything.

We tried for several weeks to get our house painted, but only managed a couple rooms due to time restraints and having a young family. We obtained quotes from several companies to see if we could afford getting the job done professionally and within our restrained budget. Kristijan contacted us from Certapro, and was very professional, courteous and prompt in his communications. From taking initial measurements to tailoring the quote to suit our budget, he was very open and helpful at all times, especially when we realized that we had selected a paint that required an unexpected third coat. Certapro worked with us to adjust the quote accordingly and they were very helpful in overcoming this challenge. We were also concerned about how the painting would go with our toddler and newborn in the house. Certapro took care of this, and went about their work without us even knowing they were there. The painter cleared up everything at the end of each day and took it all downstairs to the basement to keep it out of reach of the kids. The extra effort was much appreciated. Within 3 days the painter had completed an expert job, finishing off what would have taken us weeks of struggling and frustration. Called CertaPro to paint my fence and deck. Salesman came over and gave me a quote which I accepted. Showed me the top of the line paint they were going to use (Sharkskin). The brochure I received regarding the paint stated a 6/20 year warranty. They came, pressure washed and applied a (or two?) coats of paint. Withing months areas were worn to bare wood or peeling. Even though the paint brochure said it was good for years for decks, Certapro refused to help saying their contract said they do not cover horizontal surfaces. Who is responsible for this, the paint manufactures or the applicators?

Don't trust this company. They employ dishonest staff. I hired Certapro to sand my bathroom/ hallway and paint a few walls it was a nightmare. I had to request a sales quote twice before I got a response from the sales person, then the painters destroyed my tub with the sander which I reported and a person came in to examine the damage but refuse to fix the issue I had enough at that point that I've decided to do my own repairs. I don't like how they refused to take accountability for their actions and imply that I would scape and scratch my own bath tub. Why would I want that, it's so obvious their tools caused the damage! You can guarantee I will be sending them the bill for that. Plus, they never painted the door ways and there's areas where it doesn't even look like they painted at all (around the toilet). Such a waste of time and money. Your better off looking for a different company to paint for you. At one point their painter Rod joked about destroying a persons popcorn ceiling when it fell off in chunks while he was rolling paint over it... that just tells me how little they care about their clients property and the quality of service. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

The job was completed in less then half the time then originally quoted and my husband and I were very happy with the results. They nailed it. We did our research, a total of four quotes. My husband and I were looking to get the trim of our home painted. This is our first home and the original green trim was not cutting it for us. I did tons of research on the various exterior paint companies across the city and had a handful of people come by to give us quotes on the project. From the get-go Reese who came to do the estimate, was friendly, easygoing and very knowledgeable on their products. He came fully equipped with a booklets full of their paint lines and swatches to give us an idea of what color we would like. He was also the only Rep. to give us a quote same day! It was outstanding and made our choice to go with CertaPro, as easy one. It took awhile to get our painting done because of the rain in the forecast. Unfortunately, the first team that came by, did not live up to the CertaPro standards. There were a lot of areas that weren't sanded down properly and did not receive 2 coats of paint.(this was expressed to us numerous times that this was not common practice of that team) Luckily, with CertaPros standards, you don't have to pay for any job until it is done to your liking. It was easy to call them to express our frustrations. They quickly organized a time to send another crew out to fix and complete the job. Seetal was the painter who they sent over the second time. I do not have enough great things to say about this man. He was so friendly and professional and a true perfectionist who made sure every nook and cranny was painted flawlessly. It took him the whole day to complete. (8:30am-5:30pm) he went around and resanded certain areas and made sure to put 2-3 coats on the trim of our house. His attention to detail was just phenomenal and we can't thank him enough. A true gem and someone who really takes customer service and satisfaction seriously. These 5 stars are for him! For turning my initial frustration into complete and utter satisfaction and joy. This guy needs a promotion!! Thank you so much, you can add 2 more happy customers to your list!

Dan came to do the estimate and was a pleasure to deal with. The work we did was exterior painting. I was concerned about how it would look because the previous owner had all kinds of things attached to on the walls, and so there was a lot of patching to do. Eliot came and did an excellent job of all the prepping. Then when the paint went on, everything was smooth, clean and beautiful. He is a true professional at his trade.
