I ultimately like the way the house turned out, the process of getting the end result was grueling. The man they sent for the quote was friendly and polite, the painter they sent to do the work was lazy and sloppy. My neighbour said that he was sitting on his phone most of the time while i was at work. The job took longer than it should've, just shy of 2 weeks due to a miscommunication. There was paint put directly on my garage windows, garbage left onsite, paint speckle everywhere. One of the days the painter was supposed to show up in the morning he called me at 11 saying he wasn't going to make it. My cameras and doors were left taped for 3 days, it was a very annoying process. I specifically chose the week that i did so i would not have to spend my night shift set listening to painters and work being done outside my house, but since it took so long I was woken up twice and not to mention when the work was done the supervisor showed up unannounced to double check the work. I wouldn't use this company again or recommend them to my friends.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. The painting was well done, my painter, Pablo (if I recall correctly) was very polite and did a great job. However, I had to constantly chase this company. After having Dave come out to assess my property for a quote, I had to chase him to receive said quote. After he took my deposit, I had to chase them for days to actually get an appointment. When my painter showed up, he didn’t have a ladder - he mentioned no one communicated with him what the job entailed. Now I’m struggling to pay my invoice because every time I call to inquire, no one knows what’s going on and has to “leave a message and someone will get back to me”. No one ever gets back to me. Their communication is awful and unprofessional... not worth the hassle, honestly.

Outstanding company from start to finish. Nicole was polite and professional and very knowledgeable while quoting, noting my preferences. I did not need much painted as I did most myself but was unable to do the very high stairwell which included the upstairs hallway! Her quote was very reasonable so I booked it on the spot. They fit me in around my busy schedule and I got a call the day before from our painter, Sharid! He told me when he would arrive the next day and he was prompt. He worked hard and steady and his work was outstanding. I am very "anal" about painting and that is why I have not in the past hired anyone to paint. CertaPro and Sharid have changed my mind. I will hire them again when I need painting done. He took 2 days to complete the job; total quality workmanship! Professional and knowledgeable! I would recommend them to all that ask!

These guys were absolutely amazing ! Miguel and his son came and did our 2000 square foot house in only three days . The two of them were absolute work horses and didn’t seem to take any breaks . Very happy with the results. Nicole was very prompt in getting us our quote and getting us scheduled in for painting. We were doing a renovation job where we used very dark paint and didn't want to spend more time repainting the whole main floor and they got it done in a jiffy. Would go through them again!

I contacted Certo pro in March 2015 to obtain an estimate to paint the exterior of two of our two-storey group homes. They responded quickly and Khal came over to do an estimate within a day. Khal was very professional and gave suggestions on the work that needed to be done to prepare the homes before painting. The estimate was very reasonable and I contracted Certa Pro to complete the project. As soon as the weather stabilized I was called to say that they would begin the next week. The crew that arrived worked very diligently to prepare the homes for painting without disrupting the lives of those that lived and work in the home. Both homes were completed within two weeks. Khal then came over the next week to "walk thru" to ensure we were satisfied. We also have a two year warranty on the work completed and I was told to contact him immediately if I noticed any touch ups that needed to be done. They did an amazing job and we have had many compliments! Thank you to Khal and his team. We will definitely recommend Certa Pro to others!

Very unprofessional business that I ever saw in my entire life. I agreed on the quote and price in March, and they were supposed to start the project in June and just 2 days before they withdraw from the project without any reason. They purposefully wasted my 3 months time, and all the time I have been chasing them if they are still up for the project. Very good in making false promises. This business earn a bad reputation from me. Update: June 24 2021 Response from owner is very misleading to public and away from the real truth. 1) Quote of $6500 had major repairs ($850) which was taken off in second quote. Second, quote of $4500 was prepared after commercial grade discount. 2) Why did they take 3 months to realize that project can't be done for $4500 and it's not aligned with market for sure.

I had used CertaPro once before to paint the front wood siding of my house and decided to use them again based on quality of work and pricing. This time I needed the remaining sides (the old white stone, stucco finish) of the house to be painted due to a repair made around one of the windows. Dealt with Sharid in Fall 2019 to have a quote completed and reviewed options for paint. Work was completed in Spring 2020 within 1.5 days by Miguel and the finish was excellent. Settled on the elastomeric, 2 coat option which was a bit more expensive but I wanted a thicker coating to try and cover the repair seams. In the end the finish was better than expected as Miguel was able to keep the 2 coats light enough that you still have good texture of the stones showing through. Was also very happy with how the repair seam was covered (see attached pictures). If you are looking for a similar project to be completed I would recommend CertaPro and be sure to ask for Miguel's crew. Elastomeric paint for the stucco was sourced from Dulux and color matched to a Sherwin Williams paint color that I had used for the front of the house. The stucco repair was done by Moreno Stucco & Wire, another excellent company that I would recommend.

Very pleasant individuals to deal with when getting the quote and trustworthy to have in our home to paint but the paint job was terrible. Done and promised in 3 days and the third day was obviously rushed. Good point was that the painter returned to complete the fixes that we noticed.....but for some reason did not fix everything. Lots of missed spots, old paint showing through and paint left on joining walls that were not supposed to be painted. Will not use in the future and will not recommend. A lot of money paid when we could have had much better quality elsewhere.

Very professional, full detailed quote. The final invoice matched the quoted price. All the work was completed in a timely fashion and the final product turned out very well. They were very polite and helpful. They did have to return to paint the doors which were missed on initial painting, but when that was pointed out they corrected the concern promptly. Only concern I had was that they could of done a better job of outside clean up after job was completed. Overall I would recommend them to others.

Khal came out to look the work over and was willing to develop a work plan that was dynamic. One coat or two depending on how it looks, whether or not to paint borders etc. Very cost contentious to ensure we didn't pay for unnecessary work. Corrine and Jeff came out to paint and they were very skilled completing a very professional job. Our home has 10 -13' ceilings and many features requiring care to cut in the lines and all was done very well. We are quite pleased with the outcome.

We had to arrange extensive renos from a distance with Sharid. Painting the entire condo of approximately 3000sg ft over three floors including ceilings, closets, four bathrooms, double garage and sealing the garage floor. As well 1300sq ft of vinyl plank flooring. This work was completed in our absence and beyond our expectations. Also all renos were completed on time and within budget.
