Liam was very knowledgeable during the quote process, giving us advice on what to paint, walking us through what we had to do to get ready for the painting job and setting us up with an start time. Jean, the painter was fantastic. He worked fast but was very thorough and we haven't found any paint splatters or mishaps! We did make a rookie mistake and chose a color that we didn't like once we saw it on the walls (I recommend using their free colour consult!). Once we saw the color in our bedrooms, we called Justin and he was so understanding about us wanting to switch colors. From the time we called him in the morning, it was just a couple of hours before Jean was repainting with our new color. They still finished on time despite this setback which was awesome!! This team cares about their clients and providing a quality service. They really made our house look fresh and took a lot of the stress off of us as homeowners!

They were professional, on-time and very accommodating with our schedule (and rescheduling) throughout the booking process and gave a competitive quote. Josh and the on-site team were punctual, friendly and very communicative throughout the 3 day schedule. They worked with the paint I bought and selected despite not being familiar (Farrow and Ball). They even ensured they could come back to finish some final walls that could not be completed due to other contractors in an expeditious manner even though not originally expected to be required or scheduled. Top points to this company! We had gotten a few quotes, and Certapro said they would give us higher quality paint for roughly the same price. When it came to painting, the size of the job was bigger than expected initially but they made sure it was completed properly and professionally. They ended up having to put in many more man hours than they had estimated in the quote, but they didn't try to charge us a cent more. Since our house was vacant, the painters even stayed late (till at least 10pm on one night) to ensure that the work was completed on time. Satisfied doesn't even begin to describe the results. You would be foolish to not use this company, or at least get a quote. You definitely won't regret it!

The painting crew did an excellent job, from repairing the drywall (we had an intercom system removed), to the application of the high quality paint. I attended the 2019 Calgary Home & Garden Show and that was where I came across CertaPro Painters North’s booth. The reps at the booth were friendly and listen to what painting project I wanted done. I am very pleased with the service that Certa Pro North has provided in painting the interior of my daughter’s condo. Liam provided me with a detailed quote and Justin followed through with scheduling the painting. They were also excellent in communicating with me throughout the project. I had an issue with the paint color on a couple of the walls as it didn’t quite match the whole house. Justin communicated that to me immediately and offered a solution to get it resolved ensuring that it was painted properly and matched throughout the whole house. It did cost a little more, but I would rather that it was done properly. Tomas did an excellent job on painting the place, it was very professionally done. They were in and out in a flash, made it super convenient for us, and left the walls looking so great we didn't even want to hang our photos.
