Customer service was prompt (strangely no receipt or proof of purchase was provided). However I've noticed small scratches on the Crizal lenses after 3 weeks regardless the fact that I've been taking good care of the glasses using them for reading only (not one scratch on my previous Crizal lenses, prepared by an other optical lab 3 years ago).
