Be careful our 95 year old mother was advised to purchase prescription sunglasses. She is in long term care, does not go out very often and has misplaced them as well. The cost was not cheap and it is disgusting that they took advantage of her because we have to look after her finances so she can remain in long term care. Shame on your business that cares more about selling glasses than the elderly.

Went there because I had something in my eye, it was really bad and painful and was scratching my eye. Receptionist asked if I was a patient, I said no, this was the closest optometrist to my work, she said, sorry, can't help you maybe try a walk in clinic...went to another optometrist and they helped immediately and got the piece out of my eye. Common sense should out rule business. Objective one of being a doctor is to help people, receptionist should learn that objective as well.
