We had been looking around for a good paediatric optometrist for our son in 2018 and was surprised by the Google reviews and ratings for Royal London. We're so glad we found Dr. Bains, she's a gem of a person, no wonder everyone gave 5 stars. She's great with kids and has a very sweet personality. She's very patient and is always ready to answer all our questions and concerns. Very professional and knowledgeable. Clint who manages the reception is also very welcoming. And speaking of the store, it has very beautiful interiors,very well furnished and nearly kept. They have a huge selection of trendy frames. We recommended Dr. Bains to some of our friends and they are also very happy with the service. Thank you for the great service Dr.Bains and team.

The owners and team over the years, have gone above and beyond with there service and kindness. I purchased a pair of Oliver Goldsmith glasses three years ago, where did the time go. I love them, and so many compliments with the crews and teams I work with in film and Televison. Funny my Oliver Goldsmith have bamboo and old film reel laid within the frames. I bought another pair from France, lafonte I believe, my Harry Potter look. Now planning to get another pair soon. Love different looks and your eyes matter. I’ve lost some vision in both eyes so I have always tried to get my eyes thoroughly examined by a highly qualified Opthamologist and pursue the best glasses that I can afford. Dr Baines provided me with the very best of services. I spent more than I have in the past on my three set of glasses - progressives, sunglasses and computer glasses. I don’t know if I’ll always be able to spend this much on glasses but am sure glad that was able to do so this time. I want to thank both Dr Baines and Clint.

They have the best selection in White Rock/South Surrey of frames from various European designers. Dr. Bains' fashion taste is on point, and her recommendations are honest, focusing on what is appropriate for the end user (even if that means a lower priced frame), so I can always trust her opinion. As for the store itself, there is nothing more fun than visiting a quaint British shop; no details have been missed - from the rustic and modern eyewear displays, the British-themed counter display, the UK street names above the doors of the back rooms, to the thick rope barrier to adhere to COVID-19 protocols. Wow, is all I can say. Right from the gentle man at the reception and the lady I got the best customer service I can imagine. Then I thought okay the optometrist will be super busy and would only spend a little time. Well, I most say this is the most thorough eye exam I have had in a long time, very informative, very knowledgeable optometrist and the best customer service I have had from any optometrist. I will recommend them over and over again. Everywhere was also super clean and very trendy. It is obvious this guys are serious about their business and customers. Bought two pairs of progressive lenses plus a pair of readers. Excellent selection of frames. Great service when I bought them and had both pairs of progressive lenses made transition lenses but quickly discovered I needed one pair to be clear lenses and they were happily changed at no additional cost. Highly recommend Royal London.
