Amazing friendly staff and exceptional customer service. Felt like home the entire time i was in shop. They do there job with all the safety measures in place. Just visited yesterday with my wife searching for sunglasses. We both got what we wanted in quite reasonable prices with great quality. Forgot to ask the names of the individuals we spoke with but they were all pretty much involved in what they do there. FIVE ????

5 Stars for service, value, and the great people whom operate this business. Each person I've dealt with was very personable and did their best to help me. One of the quickest, and best experiences I've ever had in visiting an optical store. Upon entering the store someone was able to help me within a couple minutes. Suggested a pair of glasses that suited me and I was happy with immediately. This whole visit took maybe 15 minutes. Put the glasses on hold. Came back the following week to do my exam and purchase the glasses. That visit didn't take long either which I appreciated. Although both visits were very quick for me, I did not feel like I was being rushed at any point . This shows they valued my time as a customer, while helping me with exactly what I needed. On top of all that, the price came out lower than I was expecting to pay which is excellent. This is my new go to place for anything eye wear related! Next time you need something for your eyes please check them out first.

Jc optical is an awesome place to come for your eye care. The customer service is very good. The employees know how to help you with anything, weather you need new glasses, contacts or even hearing aids for your ears! They never rush anyone out the door, they make sure your 100% happy with everything, and their prices are amazing! I highly recommend with this for your eyes and ears!

Although they have a great variety for the glasses.but my experience with them was very bad. Very unprofessional, (except one guy I don’t know his name)instead of looking at the issue in the product, they passed unneccesary useless comments to me. Anyhow, the product that i got again turned out to be the same(alignment of the glasses) REGRET going there.

We went to buy sunglasses last week. With the 2year old in tow, we were going to do a little window shopping. I picked out a pair within 20 mins. The wife however is a little more particular about her style. Jason and Komal went out of their way by bringing out boxes and boxes of sunglasses. Every display lock was opened for her to try on the pair she wanted. It took 3 hours for my wife to pick out a pair of sunglasses. All the while the kid was running around putting his fingerprints on everything. We kept apologizing for how long we were taking but he said "take as long as you need, I am at work, this is what I do". There aren't many businesses that focus on service more than sales. Obviously we left with shades in hand. His and hers I guess. Keep up the good work Jason and Komal.
