Recently moving from North Surrey to here, I am satisfied that they made an effort on every aspect of our visits. I have been to other optometry but this store tried hard to save our money for optometry visits. The doctor is very patient to my three-year-old.

I have always had a great experience at Insight Eyecare. Dr Karen Sahota is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their front desk staff is also very helpful over the phone. I appreciated the help and advice their team member Katrina gave me when it came to ordering contact lenses. They are always make you feel comfortable and in good hands!

Dr. Sahota is the best Optometrist I’ve ever had. He always takes me in promptly when I need an appointment and is very professional. Clean and tidy small office. It makes for a very personal experience. He’s on time and makes me feel at ease. I have had a parasitic infection in my eye which could be reactivated at anytime; it causes me anxiety but he calms my nerves and takes my concerns seriously. A nice selection of glasses too! I’ll never go anywhere else.

Recently had appointments for our family with Dr. Sahota. I was very impressed with how he took time to listen and address all of the concerns and questions we had - didn’t feel rushed. He was excellent and engaging with our younger girls and made them feel comfortable right away. The office staff was warm and welcoming and were fantastic while I was trying to choose a new pair of sunglasses. Thank you!

Good customer service and thorough exam. Although website has a full page explaining "our office does NOT charge any additional fees for children’s eye exams, unlike many other Optometric practices", they do charge extra if your child has contact lenses. They explained that it is an extended eye exam. I have requested that they clarify this on their website as it seems misleading..... I have updated the review from three stars to five stars as they have acted very quickly to update their website to clarify that contact lens services are extra.

Since moving here from out of Province, I had to find an Optometrist and the reason I chose this doctor/office was due to the positive reviews I read. I was not disappointed and will be recommending him and his staff/practice to my family and friends.

Dr. Sahota was wonderful with my 2 year old. Both of our eye exams were conducted in a timely and thorough manner. The clinic has a great selection of frames and my perscription glasses were ready within a week!

I had a great time switching over to Insight Eyecare. I had worn glasses most of my life before going to them but would get headaches since they were not properly prescribed. I was also very hesitant to try contacts but the way the entire team guided me and taught me how to safely use them was extraordinary. I would highly recommend the clinic not only for high quality products but also their excellent customer service. All the staff is extremely welcoming and the doctors ensure the patient are satisfied before stepping out the door.

I had a really low key time at my appointment - which means a lot to me and honestly deserves 6/5 stars. Everyone is super friendly and helpful without being pushy. They also let me book everything online, including filling out paperwork (which can give me anxiety if I have to do it in person) and I'm very grateful. It's taken me a long time to get an eye exam due to anxiety and I appreciate their flexibility and understanding.

Great place - I have been to many eye clinics and doctors in the past and I was pleasantly surprised when I went in for my eye exam a few weeks ago. Dr. Sahota and the staff were excellent. They spent their time with me and explained everything in detail. I ended up getting a new pair of glasses with digital lenses and the best glare coating. My vision has never been better! Thanks!

Both doctors are very friendly and responsible. They detected my husband's glaucoma and transferred him to specialist right away. When they perform the eye exam, they check very thoroughly, and I am always feel assured by their professionalism. Their receptionist is nice too, bonus! All my family go to their clinic now. Definitely I will return and highly recommend them!

I had an appointment today because I was having trouble reading and felt as though it was time to transition to progressive lenses. Dr. Sahota performed a very thorough eye exam and took the time to explain my options for both contacts and glasses. He also took the time to address all of my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. They have a fantastic variety of glasses and the staff were also helpful in suggesting frames that would best suit me. It was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to take the rest of my family here for eye exams or glasses, should the need arise.

Good service to start but you had better hope everything is perfect and you don't need to go back for anything. Very rude dr. and then he actually had the nerve to lie about his response.We will never use them again.

The doctors and staff here are very professional and really helpful when it came to sorting out a frame and lens combination. I wasn’t able to tolerate ‘progressive’ lenses and they helped me find a lens setup that worked for me in my work environment.
