My father-in-law is not able to speak English, Frank who can speak Mandarin was very helpful at the first time we went into there, unluckily he was quit when we went there again two weeks later. Then Megan provided amazing services for us in the next several weeks. She was so professional, helpful and patient that I have never seen. We totally bought three pairs of high quality new glasses include one pair of progressive, which were cost about $4000 . My father-in-law loves his new progressive glasses.

Ok, for me, shopping for glasses is worse than shopping for a bathing suit - seriously. Megan and team at Impressive Eyewear made it honestly enjoyable! if you are looking look no further. I was originally an "online" eyewear shopper! the last time I purchased a pair of glasses was online( don't do that learn from me). I decided after years to actually see experts. And boy am I glad I did! I had one of the best customer service experience of my life and i am a customer service rep myself so i know what am talking about:)!! Gisele is the best at what she does. She didn't rush me, she advised me but always let me make my choices and I am happy to say I have a show stopping pair of glasses! The frame selection at Impressive Eyewear truly is impressive! I was looking for something a little bit different and fun that didn't have big logos. Gisele was so helpful and patient going through aaaalll of their frames to help me find what worked for my face and prescription and was honest when the frames didn't look good on me. She took photos of me wearing the frames we had narrowed down which was helpful to see what they look from the front and sides. Gisele and Megan were both very knowledgeable of the lenses, coatings, and frames. I had a good experience at Impressive eye wear. I brought in my older glasses that had been hurting me for a while. Megan took a lot of time to see if they could fit better through adjustments. She also explained why they were causing me pain. The fit of my glasses is much better now and I'm very grateful for Megan, and impressive eye wear's kindness, and professional help. Impressive is true to their name.These are not just glasses, They are an invitation to share your best self to the world. I inquired about glasses that were different and colourful and fun, most sent me online. Boy are they wrong! If your glasses don't fit right, you know it. Other eye wear places had the same boring rims. If you have to wear something everyday, and for years it must be comfortable. Glasses need to be custom fit, and for me, I want them to be fun.The right glasses do give you confidence! I was immediately impressed when I met Megan. Her own glasses were stylish and fun and she explained in detail what I needed to know and what my choices are and why. But what is (Impressive) is the selection of amazing modern, colourful choices! Even kids have cool glasses!
