My wife and i got 4 glasses here earlier this year. One issue did come up BUT I always find that this is the best way to really judge any company you are dealing with. Deziner did everything in their power to fix my glasses with the utmost professionalism and care. Their guarantee meant something and for that reason, they are worth 5 stars for excellent customer service and quality final delivery. I would not hesitate to trust them again, and we love our glasses!

jaz and her staff have been providing me with eyecare for more than 20 years... i really appreciate the time they have spent with me and the quality of eye glasses and lenses they have provided... i am hard on my glasses and jaz has rebuilt a few pairs for me or offered me a replacement finding the perfect frames at a reasonable cost... thanks a million jaz and staff...

First time customer here and very happy with their service. Picked a pair of glasses that turned out to be uncomfortable. Totally my fault as Magda had stated that they did not look to be a good fit but I chose to go ahead. Left them a message but store was closed for 2 months for Covid-19 As soon as the store opened Magda called me and I was able to select a new frame. This time I let Magda help me and I am very happy with the new glasses she helped me pick. Anna had also been helpful in this process. Thank you and would highly recommend WR Deziner.
