I rarely write reviews..."because if your have noting good to say, say nothing". In this case I have to raise a voice and warn others. This vision center is being poorly managed during these extreme times with covid. I was at the counter ready to make a purchase with my wife when another customer whom was at the counter beside me was talking extremely loud. So I turned to observe and witnessed this gent with the mask below his chin being very engaged with the young lady across the counter. This went on for about 10 mins until I finally got out of my chair to ask this man to pull up his mask. We had words and he finally complied. When he left the clerk in front of me advised they get people like that all the time. I asked why they do not refuse to serve them or call security ? I really feel for the sales people here as it is not their problem to deal with! I fault the management of this company and as such refused to purchase the two sets of glasses from them I selected. I will also never again set foot in this store until the management can assure a safe and cleanly environment for staff and customers. At present they are not and can not!

First of all, I would like to share my appreciation to the staffs and Crystal Vision for helping me to solve the problems sincerely that I have been very frustrated with my incorrect lens for awhile. Since I really require focus vision to work mostly in my profession; therefore, the right prescription lens is very important to me. After these passing few months I have been trying to figure out the accurate lens prescription from opticians and optometrists from other stores, but nothing had worked out until I decided to come to Crystal Vision. I just got a fixed lens today and it works perfectly and clearly like I have never experienced before. I’m very grateful for the team’s assistance and service. Thank you very much.

I have three kids and they all wear glasses, this can be quite expensive. Not only was Amber able to work me out a great deal using Crystal Vision’s 2 for 1 promotion but she also found a pair of sunglasses for my husband. Crystal vision is by far the best place to go and buy glasses. Most recently, Amber gave me a call to let me know I can get my parents in for a free hearing screening exam. Amber’s exceptional customer service skills are above average and I am so happy to know she back from maternity leave. Great to have you back Amber!

I was out on Tuesday to price out new lenses for my existing frames as my prescription had changed. Crystal Vision in the Semiahmoo Mall was my 3rd stop. I was greeted promptly and cheerfully by Maegan, who happens to be the optical manager. I explained what i was looking for, showed her my prescription, she was ready to call my optometrist as one of the numbers written on my prescription, which was a 7 could of been mistaken for a 2. I was impressed that Maegan noticed this and that she was prepared to call to make sure. No other stop that i made even bothered to ask. My new prescription lenses were in stock and were put into my frames in no time at all. My existing sunglasses were measured for new lenses and those will be arriving next week. I also decided to get a new pair of sunglasses with polarized lenses. Meagan helped me pick out new frames, she didn't try to sell me the most expensive frames on the floor, she explained about the different colour of lenses available and there was an in store promotion going on and she applied the best price to my order. The store was tidy, clean, frames were displayed nicely. i knew i had given my business to the right store. The first store i was in, I was there for at least 15 min, and while there was 2 other customers in the store & 2 sales people, no one bothered to say hello or say 'i'll be with you in a moment'. I just tired of waiting and walked out. The glasses that were on display were all dusty, the store was messy and that made me wonder what type of service would be provided. The 2nd stop was a large store that was attached to an optometrist office, while the selection looked large, and the store was neatly laid out, the person who did speak with me asked if i was a patient, looked at my prescription, gave me a price and didn't make any effort to convert my visit into a sale. Thank you to Maegan at Crystal Vision. There was two other staff members in the store, I didn't catch their names, one was putting my lenses in my frames, the other was on the floor selling, he was very nice, we chatted, I listened to him while he was helping other customers and he treated the customers very well. I'm glad I stopped at Crystal Vision and would not hesitate to recommend others to do the same.

I called last Wednesday sep 30, and i was able to get an appointment for an eye exam next day. Talked to a fellow named Brodie. great customer experience. I was called sunday and was told my new reading glasses were ready. I went down Monday morning and saw Brodie and received my new glasses and new case and cleaner. If I could give a negative score I would. I bought 2 pairs of glasses there and they were never right. The prescription was wrong and the frames didn't fit no matter how many adjustments they made. They kept telling me I had to get used to them. I went to another optical place within 6 months and got better service and a prescription that was perfect. I felt like I couldn't see clearly for the six months before that. Now Crystal Vision keeps calling me to make an appointment even though I have told them I will never ever be back. Blocking their number right now.

I highly recommend this location. Great great customer service! I have to drive 30min but worth the drive to get serviced by friendly staff. I felt comfortable picking my perfect pair. They don’t make me feel rushed and they were very easy going. I stopped by this location before when I was browsing around. This staff was very friendly and knowledgeable so I decided to purchase here. ( the staff was in her 50’s with blond hair. It was a year ago in the morning ) Came back to purchase my pair today (Dec 17th at 4pm) and it all went perfect. All 4 staff(including the optometrist) had a very good team work and all were positive, friendly and professional.

Outstanding staff and selection! From start to finish, I am overwhelmed with the kindness and approach of this staff towards making my glasses purchase a memorable one. I had a previous awful eye doctor and glasses experience 20 years ago which had delayed me on taking better care of my eyes over the years. I was hesitant to see anyone, but age is getting to me and I had to. I chose Crystal Vision for its excellent and convenient location. The eye doctor is kind and thorough and made my appointment worthwhile. I am happy overall with this location and will return here again for all of my vision needs.

I highly recommend this place they have amazing frames from designer right down to frames that are very inexpensive and still gorgeous ! I was going to another place in South Surrey at royal optometry by choices market. They were double the price for their frames and They did not want you to try all the frames on as they had to clean afterwards.. They made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to try on more than just three or four glasses.. The frames at Crystal vision were by far better choices, and there was no comparison as to how good the service was as well. I received two pairs of glasses with my trifocal prescription as opposed to one pair at the other place for the same price. I bought a beautiful pair of tiffany glasses and the second pair was half price you can’t beat that deal for sure!! I just want to say thank you to the girls at Crystal vision!! I appreciate the time that you took out to help me the day I was there. Not once did they complain that I tried on 30 pairs of glasses to clean them afterwards !! I would give you 10 stars if I could.

Very knowledgeable. We were there for some time, learning about what progressive lenses were for my friend. Drawing pictures, explaining each level. Learned tidbits from both the men working with my friend and myself. After using their frames, and my prescription lenses, we FINALLY found a pair that I really like and they agreed look good on me. We were offered water and a sweet. It was a very relaxing and fun time with them all. We will both buy what we picked out. We recommend Crystal Vision for any age group. Bought a pair of glasses for my 6-year old daughter. They have quite good choices for children. Staffs are really helpful, giving very helpful and genuine recommendations on frame choosing. They also provide direct billing which is nice if you have insurance coverage. BTW their coffee is also good. :)

Incredibly helpful in all the right ways. Emma was available even though the store was very busy. While available, she also allowed me the space to browse on my own until I was ready for help. When she saw I was ready, she plucked the perfect frames from the shelf within minutes after I’d been looking for half an hour. Emma was pleasant, professional, and skilled even while dealing with a sudden line-up of customers. She managed one less than friendly elderly gentleman with particular grace. The service is excellent I always deal with Amber Frazao and she is the absolute best! She's so helpful and super knowledgeable always knowing what I want or need. My prescription is really intense and she always informs me of new products that she knows will enhance my vision. I always end up with a quality product at a great price. I definitely recommend this location.

Stopped by 20/9/2021. I had a lense that had dropped out of my glasses from a competitor and asked if they could fix my glasses. They did and ten minutes later my glasses were fixed . No charge for service

I dealt with Emma. She made the entire process stress free. The rest of the staff I encountered were also courteous, friendly, and helpful. Overall the staff here sets this place apart. It was great to get consistent one on one to assist with selection, fit, and explanations about my options. On my initial visit I found several frames of interest. Without any prompt, I was offered to have those frames set aside (and allow me time to consider). To me, that stood out as a positive service offering. It was also great to get help from Emma tracking down some unique options I had found online. Everyone Google's everything nowadays, and it was great to be able get that extra accommodation. Emma was also great in discussions about lens options. I felt comfortable that I was getting the appropriate options for the frames and for my needs.

Highly, highly recommend! They had a 2-for-1 promo when I went to buy glasses and it was a mind-blowing deal. I got 2 frames that had unique designs and quality material despite not being high-end brand names, and they came with a bundle of anti-glare and protection from UV, blue light and scratches for a reasonable cost (not like >$100 for each add-on per pair of glasses). More importantly, the staff are all polite, friendly and attentive without being pushy. I was assisted by Alycia and she helped me make the most of my purchase without pressuring me to spend more than I was comfortable with. She also guided me in choosing styles and add-on’s that were more suitable for me and I truly felt she was looking out for my interests as a person, not just using me to make a sale. I have dealt with Crystal Vision twice now, and both times were such fantastic experiences. The first time, I was working in the mall so it was the closest place for me to get contacts (I go with convenience, not price necessarily). I was so blown away by the amazing service by Brody , that I now work in Chilliwack and still will order from the White Rock location. I just got off the phone with Brody, and was so taken aback that I had to write a review...I let him know that my dad has a hearing appt at the Hear Canada right next door and that he will stop in and pick up my contacts. Without a thought, Brody said that he will get my contacts together and drop them off at the hearing clinic for my dad. Now this is service! I work in the service industry and get pretty amped up when I receive great service. Thank you Crystal Vision - you have a lifer.

At the same time they are not pushy and truly cares about your needs. Maegan got my lens replaced less than 10 minutes in perfect condition whereas other places will have me wait for a week. My hearing had been slipping. I was struggling to pick up conversations and my wife complained about the loud TV...I saw the add for the free trial on hearing aids. The attention to detail impressed me. Warranties and free lifetime service etc compelled me to buy my hearing aids at Better Hearing. And, it had been years since I updated my prescription and glasses. The service was again great. The pricing was very competitive, and I have no doubt any future needs will be attended to in the same high quality way.
