The store owner was not nice to me when talking about the Sunglasses that I was interested in. He didn't talk politely to me and was furious when I told him I couldn't pay $545 when quoted $370. He told me that he had another customer outside and that I had to go. Job well done because I wont be back. I am upset you consider this appropriate customer service.

Don't let the 5 stars fool you. Mike is great at selling his "bullet proof" glasses but not so great at servicing them. He can clean them and tighten the screws and that is what his is good at. You pay a high price but if there is anything like a small scratch it won't be fixed. I brought my expensive glasses in that I bought in the summer and when I picked them up they had another scratch that wasn't even there in the first place. I give him one star.
