Can't be happier. I've been back and have now purchased 4 pairs from EyeCity (as my prescription/needs have evolved) Cool selection of frames. Dennis listens to what you want, in terms of fashion/style/fit then picks out a few that hits the spot. I went with the Shamir progressive lenses. Extremely pleased with the results.

It was excellent service. I got glasses in 3 days and they helped me to find perfect flames from tons of flames. It took time to find one because had hard time to choose one and they never give up to help me to find one. I also lost my description and Dennis send me in 1 hour by e-mail again. It was very nice help and they try to help us ASPS. I appreciate for them!

Never bought a pair from here but popped in as my glasses were very loose. Without question, the associate helped screw it in and even spent time cleaning them without asking for anything. Extremely friendly customer service along with a great selection of choices. Would not hesitate to come back!

They say Service has gone the way of the Dodo. This isn`t true at eyecity optical on Broadway. Dennis Wong is professional and courteous. He went above and beyond the norm in his service to me. I had to return on2 occasions because I couldn`t see mid-range 0or distance with my new prescription. Dennis was as shocked as I was at my Walmart eye exam results. I recently purchased a pair of beautiful blackfin glasses from Dennis at EyeCity Optical. I was so happy with his selection and service. It was the first store I have found in Vancouver that has a really stylish and modern selection of quality frames. I have been back to get an adjustment and the service has been prompt and super positive. When I noticed a bit of wear on my frames and I asked him about it, he ordered in a new frame for me right away. If you are wandering along West Broadway, or looking for new glasses, I strongly recommend you pop in and try on some fun frames. Double thumbs up!

If you want top notch service and sound advice for Glasess contacts or sunglasses.. Dennis and Juliana are the people to see. I have never worn contacts before. I stop in to eyecity optical and talked to Dennis.. wow is he patient he took his time with me and advise me on getting daily's for contact as I only use it to play sports... EyeCity has a good selections on frames for your eyewear needs this is the place to be...

I've been coming here for over 5 years. Never buying a thing, just going in and asking questions and getting free repairs etc. I take my time! Finally I bought a pair of glasses: Lindberg. I research and research and then... research some more before I buy things. Dennis, the owner was one of the few people who I have met in my life who knew more than me about the thing that I was buying. In fact, he knew way more. I tried on the Lindberg's, which in his opinion, are among the best frames in the world. I went to a bunch more shops, tried on every other brand and nothing compared really. The frame choice, the knowledge, the selection, the PATIENCE, the quality of service, the quality of product are unsurpassed. I believe I have found the glasses store that I will go to for every frame purchase for as long as I can.

Had an excellent experience at EyeCity Optical. I was helping my mom out and Dennis gave her red carpet service. He did not come across as pushy for sales. Dennis's product knowledge was on point. I watched him help my mom out by finding products that met her (funny and random) needs, but also observed him stand back and let the selection of frames speak to her. It was an interesting process to watch, glasses are special purchases. People are connecting and identifying with how they want to be perceived, and EyeCity Optical is like a magical portal where the right frames will find you, and Dennis is a gifted facilitator. ....Also, they displayed strong Covid protocols, sterilizing each product after touch. I 100% recommend supporting this small business. Lots of great cafes and boutiques around, nice neighbourhood to explore.
