I find that they are very helpful, reasonable prices and fast service. I also recommended a refurbished laptop from their site and they love it. brought my laptop in with a broken hinge and an overheating fan they cleaned the already clean fan and did almost nothing to the hinge and i got it back with a 150 dollar bill of nothing being done i brought it back and they say the fan is fine even tho it over heats and makes loud noises withing 5 minutes of start up and they broke my mouse

Pretty average computer shop. Limited stock, competitive prices for most things. Lots of free to air HD Antennas, and everything needed to cut the TV costs. I don't have great line of sight in my building and I still get 25ish channels, most clear as cable, some clearer due to cable's signal compression.

When I bought 2 lap tops - the charger did not work on one - replaced it/ 2nd laptop win 8 stopped working the day after we bought it - we are now waiting at T/H for the laptop wondering why we chose these guys - a few years ago they were excellent - I have bought all my laptops from them since I got off the bus in Welland - not great but the only decent computer place for Welland.

They let me exchange it for the one I should have gotten in the first place, which I paid a bit more for, but there were no issues given. They were very helpful and the service was really good. Amateurs, selling cheap no-name surveillance DVRs from China. When I called, nobody there speaks fluent English and nobody gave me an answer as to why the "Dahua" DVR I got for my daughter's townhouse was hacked last week. Never again will I buy anything from this computer shop.

When I walked in store two months ago. I asked for best router for my needs. Now I have a paperweight for next two weeks while Asia repairs. It is known issue with router and should not be carried by this store. Since first week I had issues with firmware. They should exchange at store not say two year warranty. That ales you send in for repair. Now I have to buy second router two weeks before Christmas. So my brand new router can get repaired. Asia is only company that asks them to be sent in for repair. As I reliable computer shop I have used for years you should make me aware of this. I would have chosen another brand whether it cost more or not. The $300 I have to spend now could have been used on my children not a senseless router purchase.

Very disappointed! They suggested a router to fit my needs, and I paid more then Amazon and BestBuy. Router was horrible, now they won't do anything to help, all I wanted was a better router. Then he hung up on me and said I was threatening him for saying I would leave a review! WOW Update: Contacted Wintronics HO, they say bring it to Burlington and they will refund me.

At first I called the store and Joey gave me a run down on all laptops they had in stock, specs and prices. When I went in, my mind was not completely made up and him and his partner were very helpful, showed me the options and gave me their recommendations. I made my purchase based on their recommendation and I am very happy! It's not what I thought I wanted but it is the perfect laptop for our family and meets our requirements! Thanks so much! Decent enough selection - was able to find everything I wanted. But let myself get pressured into letting them assemble the computer for me. What a mistake... They didn't remove any of the plastic coatings from the motherboard which risked melting issues and increased overall system heat. They made every cable in the computer so beyond tight that it was actually pulling on the computers parts (which risked damaging them, especially the GPU) And it turns out they actually sold me a defective/faulty card - that's not really their fault to be fair but I wish they picked it up during assembly. I will likely buy a part or two from them in the future - the case I got was great. But I will never let them touch an actual computer again - their assembly team is garbage. [Oh P.S they install a bunch of nonsense on the computer. Nothing super harmful - but more than is necessary. My computer performed better after a fresh reinstall that I did myself]

Bought a graphics card, dint work, told him i tried everything still woudnt understand until i returned it and got the same one what worked.... I then told him i wanted to upgrade my motherboard....He said "This is a good option" but the motherboard dosent even support my graphics card i just bought from him.
