This was very close to a life changing experience for me. I made an appointment and attended the St. Catharine’s store. I was greeted by both Cory and Jacob. Using some amazing technology Jacob analyzed my feet and my walking. I learned a lot with his feedback. Jacob reviewed several types of shoes that would address my pain and other walking issues that I struggle with every day. Jacob answered all my questions and provided a completely professional experience. I can not recommend Kintec, Jacob and Corey high enough.

Service was excellent from start to finish. I was given detailed results on how my walking features may affect my body and what shoes could possibly address those issues. There is a multitude of different brands, designs, and colors to chose from for men or women's shoes. By booking an appointment I was able to have one on one service with both there consultants Jacob and Corey. They were both very knowledgeable in kinesiology and were able to address all questions in length.

I went to visit Kinetic Store Saturday the 6th for my foot pain. I was greeted by both Josh & Corey. I explained my foot pain and right away Josh got to work with everything he had to do to see how my foot performs. Prior to that he explained what was going to happen so see the best treatment for me. The 3D imaging of my foot which was amazing to walking on the tread climber which was taped so he can access my walking. I needed some inserts with the metatarsal pad. He bought over 3 different kinds to try on and he put them in my shoes and I walked around. He was so informed, educated and patient with me. I felt very confident that I came to the right place was not rushed at all I believe I was there almost an hour and hour well spend and feeling confident of my 2 purchases of the “HUMANCO” MULTI SPORT INSOLE. I will be sure to recommend them and pass on the positive experience that I received and got educated on what type of shoes work for me and what to look for. See you next year!! GREAT TEAM!!

Highly recommend! I first saw the advertisement in the paper and then I saw the remote on CHCH and was impressed so I made an appointment with Corey. The evaluation of my feet was detailed, informative and extremely professional. Corey answered the plethora of questions I had and was clear and concise with his knowledge and instruction on my requirements for orthotics and footwear.
