I have a Samsung Note 4 phone that I am quite attached to. I was having issues with it glitching and freezing. I took my phone to an authorized Samsung repair shop and they told me that it would cost me $250 to get the phone's "Home Button" replaced with a new screen. The authorized repair shop told me that it was not worth fixing with him and advised me to take my phone to Paul and have him look at it. Brought it in to Paul and told him what was needed. Paul told me that the age of my phone place it out of warranty and he could attempt to fix the phone for me. He advised me up front of the risk and with my permission, agreed to look into fixing the phone for me. Paul's quote came in at a fraction of the cost so I told him to go ahead with the repair. When I went to pick up my phone, Paul advised me that the button did not need to be replaced and the cable just needed to be re-seated. Which brought the price down even further. I appreciated Paul's knowledge and honesty of my repair. He could have just done the repair as quoted and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, Paul's honesty keep my money in my pocket. I would recommend Paul's service to anyone. Thanks for your honesty and prompt, friendly service!

Wow deporable buisness practices, owner is beyond rude. Ran my drill for about 5 mins in total then said they wouldnt take cause there might be a smell???? Yeah im sure there is now thanks. Offered $40in total for a almost new dewalt drill 2 batteries with chargers and 4 knives 3 that i pd 40 dollars a piece and one was swiiss army army red champ!!!! I get that they have to resell and would have been happy with anything over $100 which is less than what the drill costs. Like completly disgusted dont waste your time with these jokers. * IN RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS FROM OWNER 1. THE DRILL WAS ONLY USED A HANDFULL OF TIMES BY A WOMAN AND IT WAS IN MUCH BETTER CONDITION THAN WHAT WAS ON THE SHELF WHEN I WALKED BY. 2. THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME IN YOUR STORE THE FIRST WAS TO LOOK AT YOUR LAPTOPS FOR MY DAUGTHERS GRAD THAT WERE HORRIBLY MARKUP UO IN PRICE AND FOUND A FABULOUS ONE OFF KIJIJI FOR A 150 AND U HAD THE EXACT SAME ONE FOR 500 SO WHY WOULD I HAVE REVIEWED YOUR PLACE FOR 5 STARS WHEN BOTH TIMES I HAVE BEEN THERE I HAVE BEEN LESS THAN IMPRESSED. YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO COME IN WHEN THEY NEED MONEY FOR WHATEVER REASON. MINE BEING GOING TO VISIT MY AUNT IN TENESSEE TO GRIEVE THE LOSS OF MY FRIEND WHO JUST PASSED AWAY. Great service from these guys. I've often gone to their store trying to find some rare/unique Xbox titles from time to time, and they've usually had what I've been looking for! Once I found a copy of Pro Race Driver there, but I saw the disc was pretty dirty. Went to the desk and one of the guys checked it over, saw how dirty it was, and took the disc in the back to clean it up for me! A few minutes later and the disc looked almost brand new! Will definitely be a return customer if I'm having trouble finding some games for my other systems. :)

Great place. Been here a number of times to buy records and games. Everyone needs to understand this is a pawn shop. They do not support warranties. The manufactures do if u buy new. Buyer beware. If you want a warranty, go to Walmart And pay full price. The ppl here are great.

A great place to go to find whatever you're looking for! From movies and games to guitars and gifts, there's a very large selection available. I can almost always find what I'm looking for in the movie section and the staff is friendly and helpful, always ensuring you have what you need, or helping you find it if you don't. decent selections of games. prices that match, or beat other online retailers. big selection. only problem is they sold all their psps, and vitas. was hoping to get one at a good price, with a couple games. the value that you get for your games is more or less what a gamestop will give you...expecpt they buy retro consoles\games. dvds are worth only 50 cents each. if you really expect to walk out of there with cash after a trade, just make sure to bring all the games for consoles you no longer own\play. selling the games to them rather then trading it in at gamestop for store credit, is the better option. you get the at least the same...or in some cases more. found the prices in the shop a little high. took me a little while to find something that is actually cheaper then other stores.

Horrible service, i purchased a ps3 controller from there for 20-25$. 2 weeks goes by, i litteraly just woke up to play ps3,i go to put the charging cabe into the controller and the whole port on the inside broke right off falling inside the paddle. Terrible experience. Went in yesterday inquiring about a bike outside. Was told that the bike I inquired about was to be sold and picked up today but was given a business card to call in and see if it had in fact been picked up or not. I was at work so had a friend call in for me and the employee essentially said I have no idea what bikes are outside you will have to come down for yourself. This was followed by them saying "well you should have purchased it yesterday" A little contradictory considering I did exactly as was suggested by the store. Too bad as I love supporting local businesses and am very much so an impulse buyer who would likely have frequented this store as it looks like they would have a wide variety of inventory

I was driving by this store one day and noticed that my sons mountain bike that was stolen a few weeks prior was chained up with a bunch of other bikes that we for sale on the sidewalk. This was unique bike that was easy to spot as it it was only available at bike shop (not a department store). I went inside to inquire about it and told the staff that it was my son stolen bike. The owner came out and said they would need to see the police report. I went home and found the police report along with the original sales receipt for the bike with the serial number when it was purchased new. I called the NRP and an officer met me at the store and we talked with the owner. The officer that met me at the store noticed that the original officer that made the report did not complete the paperwork properly. Even thought i had the original sales receipt, pictures of the bike and a partial police report the store owner was unwilling to give my son his bike back! He was willing to sell it back to him for $200 less than what we paid for it brand new even after seeing the original receipt with the matching serial number!

E. Main St. exchange is just about the worst pawnshop I've ever been to for anyone who lives in Wellington go to the pawnshop on King Street you get more for your items they will charge you less for what you're buying and their interest-rate is a lot lower East Main Street exchange has been faulty products I have Botton PlayStation's and the then tendo as well as Nintendo 64 and they refused to refund my money when they didn't work $600 lost in that store I do not suggest this is my review

I found a guitar i liked, asked how much and was told $150.00. So a week later i went in to purchase the guitar and was told $225.00 by the same guy. When i said he told me $150.00 the week before he replied with 'I did some research and its worth more'. The guitar is not in mint condition and can be bought new for $300.00. Maybe i'm picky and will spend the extra money for new condition. Its a matter of principle.
