This store goes against all of walmarts values an morals . No air while shopping its always hot inside and when im stuck having to go to this location I always feel a since of relief when I leave .. Normally shopping is a stress reliever for myself but NOT HERE !

The prices on some of the items could be a little bit lower. It could be a little bit more cleaner and more register could be opened, when you are busy. You shouldn't have to wait for the last resort, to get other register's opened.

I called before I went mind you they answered but didn't say hello so I heard the customer conversation then I was placed on hold . Once call was answered i asked and was not advised to go around the building even after I asked if there was a different way to pick up the item. I go to customer service pick up because I've not ever been in this walmart and hopefully won't have to go back. I am advised to go to the back. I go to the back it's pick dark but I here what sounds like a customer on the. Long story short im advised future pick ups are outside car pickup but the employee got my package and signed and left

ATT. Walmart Corporate Office On 04/19/2020 at approximately 15:00 I left my cart with a few groceries and other items in the middle of the isle and I went to Aldis. Now why did I do such a thing well it’s like this as I was in the very last frozen isle back by dairy I was trying to make a decision with the few frozen veggies left to choose from an associate pulling a pallet of product started down the isle so I moved as far to the side as I could so that HE would be able to make it past me. And his response was to BLAST me that I was going the wrong way in the isle as I was the only person in the isle I felt that was really uncalled for so as to not make a scene I stood off to the side and waited for HIM to come back through when I asked about a manager he CONFIRMED THAT HE WAS A MANAGER!!! And when I calmly said that was very rude HE just mumbled something and walked away!!!! Now that being said I understand that this is a very stressful time to be working I should know I’ve been working through this whole COVID-19 ordeal. So from now on I will not be shopping at wallmart anymore.

Walmart has a lot of work to do before I use the pickup service again. Check in is very inconsistent, to the point that overrides the convenience. Aisles are clogged with workers picking groceries for online business, that is frustrating because the workers are not courteous. The powers that be need to really take a hard look at the model and vastly improve it or scrap online shopping from local stores all together.

I shop at Walmart all the time. Everybody is friendly there. I appreciate that. Although they were out of allot of stock I was surprised about that. They need to stock more on the 4 pk of the light cherry yogurt. The 1.66 brand. My client likes that flavor and they are always out when I shop for her & myself. Plus they should stock the small confetti bagels. Children love that bagel and they don't stock them anymore. They always sold out fast like the light cherry yogurt. Ok that's it so far.

Always great employees, only problem I ever have is the entitled customers. Everything is stocked every morning and very clean, when I had a safety concern about a possible OD in the women's bathroom they were quick to call security and check it out. Great experiences always.

I will never ever visit this store again. This store is totally disorganized. I shopped for particular items but as I shopped I saw many shelves that were not stocked. The store was not maintained well at all, inside and outside. Upon entering the store there were shopping carts all over the parking lot. This was the "WORST" Walmart store I have ever stepped foot in. Two days later after shopping in this store I traveled to Springfield, Illinois and walked into the best organized Walmart I have ever seen. Shopping at the Dearborn Walmart was the worst of experience I have ever had.

My daughter saved up her own money to buy a new bike. The only store to have the bike she wanted was this one. Had 2 in stock, so I placed an order for pick up. My time came and gone, no verification to pick up. Then it was "Delayed" for 3 days.... Well I had enough of that, went to the store, straight to the bike section, sure enough there were 2. Walked to customer service, told them I had an order for pick up for 1 single bike, can I just get it now while I was there? Nope, bc pick ups are picked in the order they were received. 3 days!! Delayed!! Cancelled my order was told 72 hours for my refund. Nothing, contacted them today, now its until 8/6. Wth is wrong with you?! But the $10 extended policy return was returned instantly. So now my daughter has to wait 2 weeks for a bike she has already paid for that she should have had the next day?!

I called the store from my cell phone while standing in the store and got transferred to just about every department and no one could help at all or even knew how to look up the item number I was providing directly from the website. 2 hours later found what I was looking for on my own. I was in walmart at this location a few weeks ago and I guess I figured my total on the low side. I live on a fixed income. Both me and my husband are disabled. Between medicine, copays and other bills, we don't always have a huge amount to devote to groceries but I tend to throw stuff in the cart without thinking. Force of habit even after years of knowing you can't always get what you want. Embarrassing as it may be, I found myself having to put back some groceries at the check out.. It's not a welcome predicament to be in. I actually made it work and got my total to a few dollars less then I needed to. A CSM that working up front managing the checkout was watching the whole situation and said something to the checker then walked away. She soon came back and told her to ring up everything she just took off my receipt. She had to check with the upper management to make sure it was ok but she paid for every item over what I actually had the money for.. i told her it wasn't necessary and she insisted on doing this. It was the most selflessthing anyone has done for me! Her name is Ginny. She didn't realize the angel she was and how much it was appreciated.. I will never forget what this beautiful compassionate lady has done for me and my husband. THANK YOU CSM GINNY!

By far the least organized store I’ve been to - I’m not sure if it was the pre-holiday high volume shopping effect... (writing this December 4, 2021) - but there were multiple areas of the store that looked like a mini tornado had gone through. I feel empathy for the people working in this store - good luck to you, brave souls. Despite the disarray, I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. I like the self checkout. Staff were friendly. Bathroom was clean. Parking was a bit crazy (again, high volume shopping issue). I’d say: “go there if absolutely necessary- but go elsewhere if you have the time.”

Walmart, DO NOT BLOW THIS OFF! I received EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE from two of your employees Kendall and Kevin while visiting this location. The store was chaotic and busy and both gentlemen still found the time to assist me. My husband and I went to Walmart today to get stuff for my bday. We had a cart full of stuff as they came over the loudspeaker to say all cash registers were down and didnt know when they would be back. There were loads of lines. They constantly harass customers for receipts even though they literally with their own eyes watch them check out. Everytime I go I see more employess standing around talking than doing anything and most point customers to self checkout because theres one lane open and 50 people. I hate this place

The location for this store is kind of odd. Getting in and out is a pain. The parking lot setup is not that great. On my last visit, I stopped off to grab some quick food and use the bathroom. I was not able to find anything that I was looking for. The store and grounds were clean and well kept.

Very close to my residence, have everything you can emerging. The entrance greeter is friendly too. The only thing is that they don't carry assorted scrub uniforms and don't carry different sizes too. Other than that it's a cool place.

As Walmarts go, this time of year can be hectic and messy; however, this store was clean. The staff actually knew where the merchandise was, and, of course, the prices were awesome. I walked in with the intention of spending a grand and left out spending a little under 500! This is the absolute NASTIEST Walmart I have ever entered in my life!! My husband and I went to this location because I thought it was listed in their website as the only store that had the Razor scooters in stock. The parking lot was full of carts. Over crowded, poor management of lines. Understaffed.. Only self check out was open which was poorly managed. Considering COVID social distancing was hard to do in those crazy lines/at check out. I did go in the evening so not sure if this is different earlier in the day. Also limited sizes left in clothing department but that could be because of the time of day I made it there... I will probably be going to another Walmart next time.

Well, there was some stock, but I guess during COVID-19 times, not as well stocked as usual; however, the deals and discounts made up for it, but cashiers were NOT aware items should be discounted. Other than these small annoyances, the line moved rapidly; thought social distancing, as far as the line, should have been observed a lot more.

This is a great place to live. There is plenty of walking space, a couple children’s playgrounds, a pool, and some events that take place for everyone to participate in. There is a Community center for people to host an event or just hang out as well as a small gym in it. Most staff were great with me.

3rd time going to this location. The shelves are so empty. Everything looks picked over. I seen a group of employees laughing and having fun in the hbc area. Didn't think much of it. When i came back after going thru kids clothing and the toy i went back to see if i could find Tylenol. They were still gathered. Hopefully i learned my lesson to not go to this location. Southgate is out of the way but i always find what i am going in for.

While i understand it is a discount store i also understand the stresses of parenting, and i do not think that anyone can be a perfect parent all of the time but when i watched a 4 year old boy bite his mother until she bled and the dad yelled at the mother for not letting him have candy they hadnt paid for and frankly he clearly had not deserved i was disgusted, however the lady at the register did something i never expected especially in detroit the man acted as if he was going to beat her outside so when the man walked away she immediately asked if she needed help she said please so the cashier quickly came up with the excuse her computer froze walked over to the service desk and got them to call the police. She then went to her line and stalled until police came. Come to find out he had been holding her captive for almost 2 months and that womans quick thinking probably saved that womans life. I look for her everytime i shop now to tell her how amazing she is

Unfortunately, there are rarely any hand carried baskets available and employees are clueless as to where any are. Bought a TV here for my son's new apartment for $200. The front door people watched me in line paying for it and then started harassing me about looking at my receipt like I was stealing it when I was walking out. Really!?!? You watched me in line paying for it and you want to see my receipt!?!? Not to mention that even though the lady at the register removed the security sensor but had not even gotten to the sensors. What a way to treat a customer.

Honestly the setup of the store is crazy. When we went it was so busy. They seemed short staffed. We had to return to the parking lot to get a cart because they were empty inside. Checking out was a Hassel waited five minutes in line to be told that cashier didn't have a scanner we had to go wait in a different line. Than there debt reader in that cashier was acting up. Honestly I don't think I would come here again

If they were you could get ice creme and in emergency issues addressed in same Avenue they happen such as toilet paper kids formula diapers formula something goes wrong with the car you know emergency situations where you can't fill up with a gas station so many of these best replaces don't even let you dine-in after 7 so the drive-thrus are astronomical after 10 and you can't do anything or food because every place closes by 11

I do not like this Walmart at all. They constantly have large crates and boxes all over the place that makes it harder to nagivate a place with a ton of people in there! You will see things in boxes on the aisle, yet there won't be any of it on the shelf! Cashiers are short, lines are insanely long, and security was rude. If I didn't need something right away, I would have gone to another location. Don't even put yourself through that frustration.

This location is always in disarray and full of clutter. You can never find assistance and their are very few cashiers working. The best bet is self checkout. One ISSUE that does make the experience less than fabulous is the incredibly SLOW check out. There are maybe 2 people who are quick and efficient. It is hard, after a pleasant/got everything I needed and then some, to know the checkout will be painful - hence 4 star, not 5 star

I shop here on a regular basis and generally have no issues. I don’t mind change, but...the new, upgraded self check out area angers me. If I’ve worked all day and I have a cart full of groceries I don’t want to have to do all the work. Also, I don’t like the way they painted the outside. I think the unpainted brick looked classier. Just my opinion. They decided to rearrange the toy and the electronics departments before Christmas. The toy department rearrangement is horrendous. The electronics department “device expansion” looks more like Best Buy. More high priced items plus it’s hard to find anything. Very frustrating!

I asked a manager, Kim, if workers could be told not to wear political masks as it is upsetting to have to be waited on someone with a mask supporting a presidential candidate. This is not something I would expect to see from a business. Kim said that “it’s free speech and nothing can be done.” That doesn’t add up. Surely there is a dress code to work at Walmart? OMG!!!! Where do I begin?! First of all, there are no groceries on the shelf!!! They are out of EVERYTHING every single aisle I went down!!!! Especially the soft drinks and sports drinks! I don't understand the point of being open if you're not even ganna bother to stock your shelves. Checking out was a complete nightmare!!!! They don't bother turning on any of the lanes lights to let you know if they are open or closed, so everyone was confused on what to do. What's even worse is there are only 2 lanes to choose from and only one side of the u-scans. The lines were each literally wrapped halfway to the middle of the store. The entire place was also very crowded, extremely messy and just plain nasty. I will NEVER go back to that Walmart. I don't understand why anyone would shop there in the first place. Whoever manages that store must be a really lazy person that doesn't care at all about his job because I don't see that place being in business very much longer. ⏳

I love this Walmart not only for the clean store and friendly employees who don't ignore you. Several ask if you need help. The store is also well stocked with a nice selection of clothing. An awesome setup in the automotive department. I believe it's in one of the images that I've posted. Huge electronics department. And a clean restroom as well. The garden center which is also becoming filled with holiday stuff is gigantic as well and a lot of it enclosed.

It's a Walmart, so you know the basics. It's cleaner and less crowded than many other Walmarts I've been to. It's a nice change from the overcrowded stores in the Seattle-Tacoma area where the only time I could find an uncrowded store was after midnight. The employees here are way nicer than any store I've been to. Ever. That's a huge part of a good business.

I heard customers cussing and shouting out of frustration, took restraint not to join them in their chorus. I have waited in the pickup area for over an hour on four separate occasions. And it this one guy with glasses that complain about it not being enough space to put groceries EVERY time, regardless of the amount of groceries I have. He always makes a smug comment or is just rude in some way, I’m officially reporting him. Also, I ordered a hello kitty cake from the bakery for my daughters birthday, the cake looked horrible. I stood at the bakery for about 20 min while a lady blew me off “ just a moment “ . When I complained about the cake she blamed it on someone else and said the person that decorated my cake went home and she didn’t do cakes. I’ve shopped at Walmart for years in many other states... this one is the worst.

It’s April 23 2020 and there is still a high number of customers coming to this store without wearing masks or protective wear of any kind, in spite of the NY state policy which mandates PPE. Recommend avoiding this location until the mask wearing policy is posted and enforced, or until the crisis ends and the state policy is rescinded.

Hello! The reason why I am giving Walmart only 2½ (if I could) Cons- is because when it comes to COVID 19, they are doing a terrible job. The reason I say that is because I see people taking there masks off all of the time and they don't address it or tell them to put it back on! The other day I saw one guy walk right in while the two of the staff just watched. The social distancing there is also really bad and gets crowded really fast. They only have 3-4 check outs so you want your stuff done fast or faster you should gust do self check out. Pros- You can find pretty much anything there and everything is really organized! If you ask for help the staff is pretty helpful and know how to help! I also really like the self check out but they should have sanitizer there too! I hope this review was helpful! Store was not clean, very disorganized. I generally go to different Walmart stores when traveling in various states and this was one of the worst I've seen. Empty and half drunk bottles and even half eaten food scattered on the shelves, no carts in the store and told by an employee I needed to go get one from the parking lot for myself (same happened to a young lady with children when I was leaving and it was raining so I gave her my cart and carried my bags to my car). Would not recommend this store to anyone.

This Walmart is nearly always out of stock for most grocery items. The shelves in many sections are bare. Typically does not have many checkout lines open unless self checkout. Does keep itself well stocked of sanitizing materials. The public bathroom facilities should be avoided.

The Walmart overall is good but some employees are rude . The ones who work in pharmacy and the big lady who works as a cashier and sits in a chair . Multiple people at fort drum have reported her yet nothing has been done . She’s also has been reported for discriminatory acts against wic recipients. I know wic mentioned it and that the Walmart was on the verge of loosing wic benefits .

Meh. It's Walmart. I've used their curbside pick-up option for the majority of the past year. While it is nice to have a contact free grocery shopping option, there are some definite cons. The ap often doesn't function properly and it takes forever to finish your order. That is not the stores fault I guess. You're not notified of substitutions or unavailable items until it's time to pick up your order and too late to change anything. Shopping inside the store is still a risk as customers are allowed to shop without masks. I've seen employees with masks pulled down to their chin or not covering their nose, etc. Typical unhelpful staff not interested in anything but shuffling through their shift and going home. In this small town we don't have many options though so what are you gonna do?

They are to cheap to supply a bag for your purchase and to lazy to bag them. The stores inventory is very lite. Lot of empty holes. Sporting goods was terrible and has been for a year. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of Walmart outside of the idea that its convenient and had a pretty wide selection of items. The workers have always been great, but it seems like the store is always moving things around, which makes it more difficult to shop efficiently, and I've had a hard time tracking someone down to get assistance finding items before. I was shopping there recently and I had a question about an item's price, as it was not marked in any way.he said he didnt know but would ask,. He walked away and never came back. I wrote it off as him being busy or maybe another customer stopped him, etc. But it didt matter.because here came another blue vest. I asked him the same question. And of course he couldnt answer it, but also said he didnt know and would also ask and thoat he would b "right back"..... This happened 2 more times after that! I thought I was having a stroke , or maybe I was dreaming, or being screwed with. But no it was real life. Even reading this this review as I write it, I'm thinking that there is no way that this happened. Or if it did, it wasnt four employees that repeatedly performed what I would call, the very opposite of customer service.....but i swear o. My mothers soul, it happened. Come on walmart! You have to make sure your people understand thier job and all that it entails. This was unacceptable...lol, obviously, right?!The item was around $300.00, I know, roughly, but because I dodnt know for sure, i bought it somewhere else, for more money, and was happy to do so, because i was treated well. Only 5 lanes open all backed up. Cahiers are so slow because they know we will wait and they will still get paid. If you hate your job so much go somewhere else, you do have that option. The employees picking orders get in way with big carts and don't move out of the way of shopping customer. If you want to shop for us plan on loosing money because your impluse buys are now gone. Recently my daughter went to the photo center to print pics off , we have used them many many times before but never been treated badly before today. Today she took the same kind of pics we always print and scanned them all in waited for them just like she did 3 weeks before only to get to the counter to have a very rude girl argue with her that she couldn't have them because they had a copyright. She explained to this rude girl that she printed them 3 weeks prior and the company was no longer in business so it would be impossible to get a copyright signed. The girl continued to argue with her and my daughter went back with the pic from 3 weeks ago where the associate attempted to take those away also. My daughter refused to give them to her (as she shouldn't have had to ) She asked to talk to manager after going back and explaining the situation 3 times and talking to another associate at Walmart but the girl wanted to take the pic from before so she got so frustrated she was crying , that she just left. I promise you we will not be going back there especially for pics

This location is overly crowded. Very ghetto and they rarely have enough products. It's one of the lower end locations and many people utilize it. With so much traffic, the rush seem to be consistent. I wish it was better because it's one of the locations closest to my home. Overall rating, 3. Only because it's not far from where I commute. This is a great Walmart if you have to shop at a Walmart. Much better selection than the Union store. Friendly people and worth the extra drive!

Was 5 stars for a couple of years. However, they stop selling several items that had always been available previously and would like to store hours run till 12am. So many people do their shopping after work or school that from 6pm to 10pm it's extremely crowded. Social distancing is nearly impossible there if you work during the day and can only shop in the evening. Otherwise the store is pretty organized and customer service is normally good.

Grocery pickup not worth the 30 minute wait. Next time I will do my own shopping somewhere else. They need to hire more people if they want this business model to work unless the idea is that it will eventually become manageable when the vast majority of customers stop using the service. Frustrating and unacceptable. Update: Against my better judgement I decided to give them a second chance. This is absolutely THE LAST TIME I use their curbside service.

Sometimes the customer service line is a little long, however they just need to hire more people. This Walmart is definitely better than the Walmart in Watertown. This Walmart is cleaner and the people are very nice. I would much rather go to this Walmart over any other one around.

I give this location a 3 and not higher due to the poor customer service given to me by the coach Jennesa who clearly has allowed power to go to her head and does not feel it important to go and see when things are in the wrong spot or show proper ettiquette as a manager for when someone askes for someone higher do not lie about it. Thanks to the excellent customer service of Tracy and the team lead Charissa(apologies if spelled incorrectly) I was able to get at least one of the two incorrectly placed items which I was satisfied with. It is not always the ones in power that deserve said power. Those other two workers saved my experience at this location.

The store itself is good and have friendly staff but most of the things are out of stock. It's been 2 weeks they water dispenser machin is out of service and even tonight they didn't have 5 Gal bottle water.

First I will say I am comparing this to MY Walmart back home, over 100 miles away. I felt like they have a WAY better selection. Store was extremely well stocked and the produce/deli area is well lit and very clean. The only reason for 4 stars is the bathroom - horribly dirty and smelly. Cashiers were friendly and helpful, and customer service was amazing.

Between the Walmart in Watertown and Evans Mills, this one is my favorite. It tends to get pretty crowded during normal hours, but if you go early in the morning it's like a ghost town. That's when I prefer to do my shopping. Staff is always super friendly and willing to help. Never had a bad experience.

I usually have a low expectation of majority of Walmarts but this location is by far the worst one I've ever been to, makes all the others look like 5 star locations, poor management, poor customer service, only ever have self checkout open which makes the line long, the employees act like you're not there when you ask for assistance and continue to be talking to one another cussing up a storm in front of children and playing on there phone's like they're not even working, cart guy hit my car once while pushing ONE CART while he was on his phone, ntm how dirty this place is, parking lot, floors, shelves, and don't even go to the bathrooms. Absolutely terrible.

Placed a delivery that said it would be delivered in 2 hours. I live in Pennsylvania my moms sick and she needed some things. I could have driven 4 1/2 hours to go get the order myself and drop it off myself. Keep getting a lot of excuses as to why it wasn’t delivered and still nothing, never hear there’s an issue unless I call wait in hold and try to see why my mother never got her order. So spoke to a manager and he said it’s the delivery drivers fault he canceled getting the order. But still I payed extra for a rush delivery and when I don’t get it instead of me getting a call I have to hunt down the reason I didn’t get the order yet. ??

It's Walmart. Food and home products in one stop shopping. Always convenient to Fort Drum and they're open on Mondays when the commissary is not. The workers are as friendly as I'd find in the south. Really kind and helpful. But please please please add online ordering and store pick up. Know your demographic! Lots of families with small children. And did I mention women/mom's with children whose spouse is deployed or in the field. It's a small punishment to take multiple kids shopping. I beg you, add the pick up lane. I'll pay extra. I'll manage my budget by buying online and I'll walk out without all the extra stuff I never needed or without the things I had on my list. C'mon Walmart.

Staff always too busy and overworked, thus rather unfriendly. The lines are insane. The self check out lines are insulting, half broken, or not working. The newest produce layout has been a joke for last few years. Maneuvering a cart inbetween those produce bins and lanes is annoying. Produce goes bad quickly and prices aren't that great.

I love that the prices here are great. Items are usually cheaper than other grocery stores. Only downside is how crowded it can be and that the checkout lanes take a long time. They have opened many new self checkout lanes and that was a wonderful idea! You can get done with your shopping quicker now and the prices are very good. You get more for your money.

Like the overall experience, when one can get the attention of a staff member. I needed a key made. So their was a button for help that I pushed. It took over 4 minutes to get an associate and when she showed up, I wasn't the first one she waited on. By the time she showed up 3 other customers showed and she help the first one she saw. Didn't even express who was first. But when my time finally was helped the service was friendly and accurate.

The top 2 managers chris and sherri, treat workers like workhorses and show them no respect when they are trying to talk or calm down. I saw a worker trying to tell his manager to leave him alone until he calmed down but she wouldnt leave the poor boy alone. The lady was the assistant manager of the store, and was harassing her worker when all he wanted was time to calm down and it was clear he was upset but she kept pressing him and i do believe she even threatened to fire the poor child if he didnt stop and listen to her. I heard the boy say im not talking to you until ive calmed down and you treat me nicely and after that he went into the back room. I do hope hes okay. Point in blank the managers there need to show some empathy towards their workers when they are clearly in distress instead of harassing them.

Has everything you could ever want. Expect too many people to not use the lanes when there are older people with technology issues and then there's people with WIC who have to go through check out lane. Here now with only one lane open and it's a 60+ year old woman who can't keep up with the crowd. No offense to her. She's doing great but she clearly needs more help.

I don't like that is always lines, but empty registers and so many employees on the floor. Twice there were spills in one if the aisles, and I almost fell, and I did slip both times. Updated: Today 2/21/18 was the cleanest I’ve ever seen this store. I did come in at 8AM, but I’ve been there earlier than that and it was a mess. But anyway, Walmart is (of course) responding to the wants of the consumers, for over a year now, they’ve (in store) have been selling more “ HEALTH FOOD” “ Natural items, but the appropriation of the culture is real. 5 years ago there’s was no Black Soap, or Shea butter on their shelves, but of course now that they see there’s money ???? in the market of Black people, they gonna get that Work ! Walmart got the price game locked though.

-2 stars. Went to look for a nasal cleansing system. The shelves in the pharmacy area were rifled through and ransacked. Pure pandemonium. Not sure if this was lack of care on part of the business, or cruddy shoplifters (probably a little bit of both spread on this poop sandwich). Security alarm triggered on every other person leaving; not entirely positive whether it was malfunctioning... or extremely accurate. Would not go here unless I have a hankering for role play as a survivor in a dystopian horror film. Again -3 stars.

Really? It's Wal-Mart. When you find an item you like. Next visit you can't find it or they have risen the price because it sells well. Shelves are barely stocked. Many times what we are looking for is not stocked or just not being carried. I would rather spend a little extra and go to a store that regularly stocks and keeps items for more than one semi load.

The "MONEY CENTER" was almost a complete horror! I got to the " MONEY CENTER" at exactly 3:50pm. I know this because I have an alarm for that time on my phone. It was 5:17pm when I was waited on. There was only 1 (one) person working the entire center. The employee handling the money center was phenomenal. She kept the line moving, handling the customer before her without any nervousness or anxiety. I totally applaud her. But... As I began to shop, the shelves were notably and virtually empty. I was told by one of the floor managers, there are a lot of changes coming to Wal-Mart as well as other retailers alike. Soon we will be uscan check out only; no more face to face cashiers. I was also told that this is not just at Wal-Mart, but industry wide. Pay attention people; soon everything or jobs that were handled by humans will be done by machines or Robots. Drones for deliveries as well as Driverless cars delivering Pizzas. Most of the Wal-Mart merchandise had no prices available to be seen. Whatever happened to the "PRICE CHECK MACHINES?

I understand that this walmart is literally right outside of a military installation so things go out of stock quick, I also understand the changes that were made within walmart itself as a whole so the stocking of shelves is done when they are able to, so I would say this rating is about 50/50 the store vs the company. A lot of the time, the typical things that I would go to walmart for, they would be out of stock even though I make sure to check online before going in, which it will say its in stock at that store when it's not. Its not that far of a drive so it's not too wasteful of my gas or time but it would be nice to know beforehand if the item im in need of is actually there or if I need to run in to town.

The bottle and can redemption center is atrocious. Despite multiple trips I have never seen more than 50% of machines functioning at the same time. Store does not accept certain brands despite “5¢-NY” clearly marked on labels. In this case they say you have the option to go to customer service to get your refund but there’s often a lengthy line with only one associate working the desk so it’s not worth it. Do not use the Walmart bottle and can redemption center unless you have plenty of free time.

Never any carts inside the store while 1-2 employees are standing around the entry area doing nothing. Store is dirty. Shelves are not stocked. Supervisors and managers are not doing their job and are taking their pay for not working just like too many of their employees.
