Excellent timely service. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. He was also able to make us very neat prescription glasses in less than 24 hours. They also have a wide range of glasses that can be suitable for different tastes. Its certainly highly recommended I believe.

Legendary team! Troy and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had lost my glasses in the lake and wasn’t able to drive home. Luckily I found Troy and got them replaced instantly! If it wasn’t for a friend driving me and the wonderful staff at Troy Optical I would still be at the lake… might not of been so bad… Haha, I’d highly recommend anyone in the area. Thank you for the help!

Great service! The nose piece broke off my glasses on a Friday night and I was sure I was going to have to wait until the following week to find a place that would be open to fix them. Turns out Troy Optical is open Saturdays! Lindsay answered the phone promptly and was very friendly and helpful, which continued when I arrived at the store. Troy then introduced himself and spent time walking me through contact lens options and fitting me with a trial pair. He is approachable, patient and honest. The community is lucky to have such a dedicated business! Highly recommend!

I have been waiting for an optometrist to come to Minden for ten years. Finally, thanks to Troy Optical my waiting is over! Not only did I get my eyes checked by a wonderful and thorough optometrist, but I got new glasses. It was a wonderful experience.from start to finish. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Troy really knows his business, he was very helpful when it came to choosing the perfect glasses for me. I am actually looking forward to my next eye appointment. Thank you again.

Good sales men , very expensive glasses for my daughter , scam with supposedly thinner lens ,that are same thickness as first pair she had , took for ever for me too receive the new glasses , wouldn't waste my time again with this place poor service also

Troy is very thorough and cares about his community. His mother is very kind and knowledgable. Having said that I would still have a hard time paying an over the top premium. The good news is Troy doesn't charge a premium. Always the bargain hunter I had no choice but to google the price online. Much to my surprise the price Troy charged me was less than $10 more than competitors online. I would have gladly paid double the difference for the service and reliability of face to face transactions. Thanks so much for spending the time and making sure we were happy.
