I called and went through the automated calling options menu (which was terrible; they need to redo it). But then I talked to Nate, who was very kind and helpful. I had to call him twice and each time he was genuinely patient and willing to help me figure out what I needed. Nice work, Nate!

My elderly parents were visiting from calif. They needed 4 days of pills and pharmacist was amazing helped them and was super nice.

I gave one star because zero was not an option. These people think they know what's better for me than my doctor and they have the audacity to stand in the way of my wellness protocol. If you are thinking about doing business with them, consider carefully. Besides that, they are rude, rude, rude, arrogant and just plain unacceptable - from the pharmacy, to the floor personnel to the cashier at the front - they are just plain unhappy and unfriendly people and who needs THAT in their life? There are lots of better pharmacies in this area and some of them are even top notch. My advice - give this place a pass. It's the overall worst option.

Clerk upset when I didnt pick up a prescription after it filled automatically and she had to restock it. Good hour wait for me on that refill.

I get to drive an hour and a half back home without my medication again! This isn't the first time either. Honestly if my meds were ever ready on time from this location I think I'd faint. But I'm not going to sit around Prescott for a few more hours praying you guys can fill my stuff before you close. Thanks, you guys are lovely.

I've had multiple weird experiences with this location. Once I was in line but ignored so the cashier could peddle her weird pyramid scheme products to someone else. She even left the store unattended for a period of time to get some flyer advertising the products! When I got my Covid booster I had to wait half an hour after the one person ahead of me picking up a prescription was done to get it. Then tonight, I had multiple shots scheduled, and they didn't bother to inform me that the appointment was canceled until an hour before it was scheduled. I called to confirm that there wasn't a mistake with automatic notifications and was told bluntly to reschedule. Now I have but with a different location. Hopefully they won't drop me last minute, too.

I like this CVS. I like the employees I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I like the location and the hours - both convenient for me. I have not had to make use of the Pharmacy personnel.

Slow, slow, slow and loses information. Slow to fill prescriptions, slow to pick up prescriptions and on hold forever when you need to talk to someone (10 minutes and still waiting as we speak). Not only that but they lose your prescription information. Twice I've had to have the doctors call in a rx refill when my bottle said I still had refills left but they lost that information. So annoying!

I used this pharmacy before but decided to do home delivery because they don't want to make an effort to have my prescription 90 days supply. It's a drag to have it only it monthly which is not make sense because I've been using my thyroid medication for a long time now, theior reason is my insurance won't a llow it. I'm not sure why not because the home delivery gives me a 90 days supply and approved by my insurance. Also, this location is busy and can't get hold of anybody on the phone right away so the tendency was to drive to the location to ask if you have questions. The only thing I like about this location is the cosmetics department.

My husband's old insurance coverage was still in effect, but the prescriptions were set to be billed to the new coverage. Terry in the pharmacy went above and beyond. She not only checked into whether she could rebill to the old insurance for now, but she DID rebill. I felt she really cared about my husband's access to his meds--despite how busy things were. Thank you, Terry!

Can’t get anything in their pharmacy correct. I’ve had to drive from Prescott Valley 3 times now because no one can communicate there. Garbage service. Would give a lower rating if I could.

I do not understand how this CVS location gets away with charging more for items than the CVS down the road and all other CVS's ?!? They are charging $12.99 for a pack of cards that is $7.99 at the CVS down the road !!! Nobody is paying $12.99 for a pack of cards, it.was a rip-off at $9.99, but its highway robbery at $13 !!! The same exact packs are still $4.99 at Target, you need to lower the price back to $7.99. I am going to continue to slam this location for having the nerve to charge more for items than all their other stores, on social media and google until something is done about it.

Horrible service and wait times, took 2 days for a prescription to be filled, even though the automated system told me it would be filled the day I called. It's worse every time I go in there, even the automatic refill is inaccurate. Whoever is the manager there needs to wake up and handle the issues there.

We've been using CVS Pharmacy for the past 15 years...first in So California, and for the past 6 months here in Prescott. We understand that Covid has played hell with the supply chain, and with keeping staff the past 1-2 years, but this CVS Pharmacy has reached new, all-time lows keeping us as customers. If they cut back to any fewer hours they might as well just close the pharmacy. It literally takes 7-10 days + to fill any prescription, with excuse-after-excuse justifying delay-after-delay. We submitted a prescription 2 weeks ago and they finally told me yesterday the supplier was out of stock and did not know when it would be in. I went down the street to the Safeway Pharmacy, stood there while our doctor phoned in a new prescription for same, and walked out 15 minutes later with the prescription. I'm not sure who is kidding who, but we have said Good-bye to CVS Pharmacy. Enough is enough.

I was trying to get the flue shot foy my kids and my self and I went to the pharmacy in these cvs and the older guy was really rude about it. So i told hem that cvs on Miller Valley are more professional and nice

Worst pharmacy around. My husband had surgery today and a prescription for a pain killer was called into this pharmacy around 10am. We went by to pick it up at noon and were told that the pharmacist was busy giving flue shots so it wouldn’t be ready until 2pm. I called at 2:15pm and was told he was still giving flue shots probably another hour. I called back at 3:30pm, still giving the shots, not ready. To their credit, I asked them to please put it in front of the pharmacist and call when it was ready which they did, after 5pm. Totally unacceptable.

This location is really short staffed. If you need a prescription asap fill it somewhere else. I sent my prescriptions over to the prescott valley location and they told me it would be available 1 hour later. This location told me to come back 6 days later.

Terrible pharmacy! Nice people but must be understaffed. Been there a few times but will never go back. Not having a prescriptions ready on a timely basis and the wait in the drive-thru is ridiculous.

We have had the worst experience at the pharmacy at this location! My wife placed a order to have her prescription filled 5 days ago and it was never filled. It put my wife in a bad spot as she tried to plan ahead so she would not run out. I explained the situation to Maddison at the pharmacy register. She made no effort to help and seemed bothered by my frustration. The only thing she said to me is thats not her fault. I ask for a manager on duty and Maddison gave me wrong information not sure if that was intentional or not. We decided to switch our pharmacy to Costco. Hope this helps someone to avoid issues with this location.

It’s always a chore coming here for prescriptions either they haven’t been filled or there’s a problem with the price and it takes forever even if the prescriptions are correct. Very impersonal service I realize they’re busy but they can be pleasant at the same time. I work in customer service and if my employees ever treat anybody like they do here they would be fired in a minute

Worst pharmacy in the quad cities. they managed to get two different prescriptions wrong every month for the last 12 months. Overcharged on at least eight times. Under frequently out of stock of key things. if it wasn't the only place our insurance covered we would literally go anywhere else but here, 4fun I'll start keeping tabs here screwed up the prescription June 8th 2020. I wonder if we can get through a whole year without them filling a prescription once correctly.

I get a robo call from cvs to come and pick up my medicine. About and hour later, I stopped by and asked for it. The person said, that they have not filled it, and it would take another three hours for them to do it. I said, okay, and left. I go back in the next day, an again wait in line for thirty minutes. When it's my turn, again he said it not filled. I don't recommend this cvs on willow lake Rd.
