Love love loved it!! Without a question, absolutely the best place to buy glasses in Kitchener, Waterloo Area. The service and quality of lenses and frames are unsurpassed. the staff , friendly patient and knowledgeable , i had a ton of questions they couldn't be more kind and informative! Two thumbs up !!

This has been my Third visit and once again I have experienced exceptional as well as professional service when examining and selection of glasses. With a wide variety to choose from working with professionals I was able to find a very suitable eyewear once again .Excellent experience today placing my new glasses on. well recommended

Not impressed at all with the Waterloo Location. I got my first eye exam there and needed my first set of glasses. I got them after waiting one week (they quoted 3-5 days). When i got them, the asian lady “fitted” me for them. After wearing them for a few weeks, i went back to get them tightened because they were way too loose. She tightened them and i left. Then I had to get them tightened more (3rd visit). I went back a year later and wanted contacts. After my eye exam, the doctor bolted out the door. ( she was playing games on her phone prior to my appointment). I went to see the asian receptionist lady and she said “so?” and I was shocked. The doctor had left without giving either of us my prescription. The reception lady eventually found it and didn’t even explain what it meant. My eyes had gotten worse and she didn’t suggest getting new frames. When she charged me $100+ for a “contact lens fitting” and left me alone in a room to figure it out myself i am pissed. I am not going back there anytime soon, and i do not suggest waisting your time at this clinic.

The staff at the University Vision Centre are very friendly, polite, and patient. While choosing two different glasses, I felt so well taken care of. All my questions were answered and I was presented with various options to choose from. University Vision Centre definitely deserves public recognition for their professionalism.

It was my first experience with University Vision Centre but I am very happy that I chose it.The customer service experience was excellent, the staff there really helped me out , especially Helen who made a huge diffrence with the whole experience, in choosing my eyeglasses and much more. Extremely unprofessional service. I ordered a pair of glasses over 3 weeks ago. They told me that it will take a week for them to be ready, it has been over three weeks and I haven’t heard anything from them. I called them multiple times and no reason was given for the delay. I am extremely dissatisfied with my service here. The glasses themselves are very overpriced.

They are a co partnership with campus eyes both practices are scam arist. They are nice people just to get you to buy. They try selling groupon thinking people will get a better deal and Jack up there prices with no return policy. NEVER GO TO CAMPUS EYES or UNI VISION unless you want your wallet robbed by this business. Also called and said I found cheaper lenses online they said we do not compete with people online with there lenses is 380 and online is a 95. Ridiculous company I advice people if they got the groupon return it back don't waste your money or your trip at both locations.
