I'd been procrastinating on getting new frames during Covid because I thought it would be an uncomfortable experience. Once I found out that Optical Illusions carried the Moscot brand I liked, I booked an appointment and was given great service. I ended up buying two pairs of frames and can't wait for them to arrive. This will definitely be my "go-to" place for eyewear now. It is great to shop local at an excellent local business like this.

So happy I stopped in at Optical Illusions for my glasses! They have a nice selection of frames without being overwhelming. I went in with a clear idea of the style I wanted, but didn't like how it fit my face once I tried it on. Luckily Doug stepped in and provided some wonderful alternatives that were similar in design, but better suited my face shape. He was the perfect amount of observant and helpful, while also allowing me space to browse on my own.

Prices are very reasonable and service is second to none. My daughter has special needs and tends to be very rough on her glasses. The guys always made the repairs and fixes, often at no extra charge. Even offered to drop the glasses off at our home one time. Not just a number here, they will definitely earn your loyalty.

Last Thursday, i was on a job site & foolishly ended up stepping on my favourite Rayban sunglasses. Practically squashing them. Luckily, OI was right around the corner. I took a chance & popped over. During the pandemic, they’re understandably appointment only. I phoned in with my predicament and the gentleman was kind enough to receive me at the door and within 10 minutes! had reworked the frames to the point they looked brand new! Highly recommended and thanks for getting me back on the road so quickly.
