Came into the store for a transfer of lenses to a newer sturdier frame. The assistance I got from both associates was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable, I walked out same day with new frames for a very fair price! I adore the new frames more than the pair I almost got because the advice was the pair I got suited my face better. I definitely would go back for glasses, they have a great selection. As someone who wears glasses daily, its important to me to love my frames as well as have them look good.

I bought a pair of glasses and the spring arm after only two weeks broke, I took them back and the girl offered me a new frame for 150.00 which I didn't feel I should have to pay, the alternative was that she put tape on them and sent me on my merry way. Great customer service! It was 2016,,,do you think I would return after being sent out of the store with scotch tape on the arm, my son also called to complain about the treatment and got no satisfaction. If you stand behind your customer service and product, I still have the glasses sitting in the drawer, I could bring them in for repair,,, of course at no charge, are you interested?

Eyes on King has really great selection of high quality frames that are both unique and fashionable. I've been coming here since I was a uni student and have yet to find any other place that beats Marcus and his staff. He is really friendly and knows his products very well. Just bought my 3rd pair of glasses from this store, a Tom Davies glasses after seeing this brand on Instagram. Amazing quality, custom handmade to my face and even has my name engraved on it. I've honestly never seen anything like this and really gratifying that Eyes On King was already selling these frames. I would recommend anyone come here if you're looking for something unique that no one else in town will have.

I came into the place after the wire on my rimless glasses had broken, hoping that a repair would be possible before an important event that day, and thankfully the man there was able to repair my glasses within an hour. Really happy with the service, will definitely go back again when new glasses are needed.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my glasses replaced at Eyes on King. The experience was great from the beginning to the end. With Covid I felt safe entering the store, you have to wear a mask and wash your hands on arrival. Each glasses you try on are placed in a bin to be sanitized for the next client, I was very impressed with everything. The store is very clean and nicely laid out and the staff very professional and friendly. They have a large selection of glasses to choose from, lots of the latest trendy styles. I got me some Celine's and they are very lovely on. Marcus gave me personalized services of which I am truly grateful and appreciative for as I needed that guidance to select these beauties (got two pairs). Prices are good, I am looking forward to my next visit very soon to replace my hubby's glasses so he can look as nice as me, hoping to find a complimenting pair to mine. Thanks Marcus, keep up the awesome service!

Walked into the store 15 minutes before they were supposed to close as I knew what frames I was looking for. Associate said they didn't have them in stock but could order them and they would arrive in a week. While she was ordering I started to look around and she ended up staying over 30 minutes after the store was closed helping me by suggesting a better frame for my face. Ended up picking 2 different pairs which I love way better than what I originally walked in there looking for. Also price ended up being less for 2 pairs than what I was paying for 1 pair at the other place.

Edit: Their response absolutely inaccurate. You can tell by their defensive replies to other disasistifed reviewers and their negative word choice when describing customers shows an ongoing lack of professionalism which is why I write this review. This was my unfortunate experience with one worker there: No attempt to explain the price increase was made until I cancelled my order after I had asked many times for the reason. Hung up after saying goodbye since he raised his voice at me, showing little patience to communicate through his misunderstandings. Doesn't follow instructions to write down order details. Routinely relies on customer to take photo evidence of what they want to order. Not the same service as before where things were more organized. ---------------------- Disappointed. 7 year customer, used to have really good customer service when another worker was there. Forgot several discussed details regarding my order, didn't communicate many things, blames customer ongoingly. Tried to resolve it civilly but only got half an apology after I cancelled my order. Called us "presumptuous" over the semantics of our inquiry regarding why they raised the price we usually pay. Try Bon Look instead.
