Been waiting years for this surgery. 3 weeks before I get it pushed back 3 WEEKS LATER. Doesn't sound like a huge deal, but when you have a specific date in mind, it's a big deal. Also, staff tend to be on the rude side. If you can, avoid this place.

I injures my pinky toe, but had to wait a long time to be X-rayed????too long. And now I have to wait a bit to find out if my pinky toe is broken or sprained or not.

I am trying to get my medical records, the process and the wait times are too long. The staff are clueless and not helpful. I am being ping ponged to different departments. Their appointment system also doesn’t serve to resolve the patients problem.

Didn't send me any notifications on charges that had taken place since last visit. Waited 50 minutes to see the doctor.

I would rather go to a private eye doctor it feels more 1 on 1 with the doctor, all hospitals doesn't matter which one seems to heard you in and out...

I have had wonderful care from each physician I have seen in the UC Davis clinics. I just had a positive surgery experience from all staff, including receptionist, admissions, pre-op nurses, the surgery team and recovery nurses. I am grateful for UC Davis Medical Center.

I cannot forget the horror I experienced at that clinic several years ago. Condescendant, Unempathetic, Prejudice (Veterans) and was treated more like a lab rat than a human being and to make things worse my particular physician would constantly flip flop on her diagnosis. In addition my contacts were a poor fit and it wasnt until I sought help with an "experienced physician" at a different practice that I realized that the poorly fitted contacts were cutting into my corneas. I had constant pain and nausea. You couldn't pay me enough to return there it was a living ****.

I can’t believe that during a Pandemic they allow a technician, a student and the doctor in a small room with the door close. I will be looking for a different place to go.
