The procedures and facilities where very good, but I cant get passed the incredibly rude staff. I am a woman that needs her glasses and take my vision seriously. The young lady I dealt with treated this like getting her ears pierced and was very flippant with me. Unfortunately I will be forced to go someplace else next time.

I called this establishment to set up an appointment for my daughter and upon registering, the woman asked me for her social security number. I asked if it was necessary to provide such information, the woman said "hold on let me get back to you" and 30 seconds later she hangs up the phone. She had my number and did not even bother to call me back. Who asks for your child's social security number when trying to book an appointment?

Asked for soonest available appointment at NWH, showed up for it to find out they booked it for a month later than what they told me. Office staff didn't acknowledge the mistake or try to accomodate except to offer me something 3 hours later. A waste of my time and my son missed school. Very rude staff!

Called to make an appointment for my child and encountered on the phone very rude staff by the name Tiana. After realizing that i asked politely to speak to another staff member, but Tiana refused to transfer me 3 times. Don't know anything about practice, but receptionist is the face of the practice and person who is rude with no communication skills should not hold this job. Several things Tiana told me on the phone were not true - "we are private practice and all doctors leave at 2 pm" - really ?! Website states office is open until 5 :30 pm. She was speaking as quietly as she could and when i asked her to speak up she spoke even softer. I did it several times at which point she laughed almost started whispering. I felt it was passive aggressive behavior, very childish and was done on purpose which i would not expect from the medical office staff. Not only disappointed, but feel angry and insulted.

I was a patient at NWEA for years on account of an eye injury. The office staff was always courteous and strived to accommodate the few changes I threw at them. I saw three or four different doctors and they were all great. Not only do they have impeccable credentials, they are thoughtful and kind. I brought my kids here as a result of my experience and I refer friends here whenever I am asked.
