Not impressed. They are a package pickup location for Purolator. 3 days ago I got a tag on the door saying a package was waiting, and that I had 5 business days to get it. Yesterday I went in. Most of the interaction was fine, but then they said, with a bit of a haughty tone "Good thing you got it today, it was going back with Purolator tomorrow", which shocked me. I asked how many days I had: "5 BUSINESS days was the reply". "Well I got this 3 days ago" I replied. "Oh, well, we would have check the date" they replied. "Would you have called me?" I asked. "No, it would just go back" they said. Then the younger one rolled it out the door, past, and away from my car and stopped. I asked him to roll it back towards my car - he just looked at me. I asked him again. He mumbled something. I said fine, and I wrestled the 99lbs 6 foot tall object off the cart, to my car and was done with them, I hope for good. It was my first time in the store, and I hope my last. I'll look for a different shipper, and plan to go to Best Buy for any electronics. The friends accompanying me said she'd been rudely treated and talked down to one other time - treated like "a girl at the car mechanic's". She said she doesn't like it in there (Enman's) either.
