The experience with Stephanie was fine but when at the Lens Cragters side, picking up prescription sunglasses, it was horrendous! The lady assisting us was rude, did not want to research for other glasses that were not in store at the moment but are available, denied us from getting the original lenses, she refused to get my step son, which is black in color skin, prescription sunglasses even though me and my blond daughters got. It was the same process, eye exam, small prescription for each of us and then order glasses but she harrassed my son by following him all over the store, asking how can we pay for them, saying that he could not get any Oakley's knowing was the ones he really wanted because I always get then and he wants to be like me.... the kid ended up crying as he did not understand why his sisters got glasses and he couldn't. I was tued up at work and could not be there, he was there with his dad, also black, and was treated like this. I intend to return to the store and expect this lady to apologize to my step son and his dad and do well by him. I also do not intend to ever get any services here and all my extended families on my wife's and my side will be doing the same. It is a shame that my kid had to live this and unacceptable!

Dr Leroux is very thorough and has very good bedside manners. She makes you feel comfortable and explains everything you need to know. She doesn't rush you out. She is not afraid to refer you for a second opinion if needed.

She was very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything she was doing and why she was doing it. She educated me on diabetes and how it can affect your eyes.
