A great place to buy clothing. Its good quality and cheap price with a lot of basic staples. Good for plus size as well, but in recent years the selection and quality of the clothing has gotten a bit more poor, but still worth a visit. This is the BEST PLACE in town to buy very nice curtains. Only $10 -$15 a panel! And very good quality with faux silk or micro suede and large silver grommets. They also offer them online and a search to see if a store in another area has a mate to a curtain they are out of stock on. The price of shipping online orders is a be a bit high, and they charge an additional $6 'handling fee'. Which makes shopping in store much better value.

Came in off the train on a cross Canada trek, had all my back country gear with me in my backpack, 50lbs (46.8lbs to be exact on VIA weigh scale) Desperately needed to pick up a new pair of hiking shoes/boots and top up my cache of food storage (jerky etc) Came in the exit entrance and asked at the service desk if i could leave my pack there, she made a big exasperated sigh and said you can use a cart, which was relatively absurd since putting my gear in the cart probably wouldn't have fit (their small shopping carts) so i left, went to walmart since i was stuck in sudbury due to the late train, they had no problem keeping my gear at their customer service desk! so you lost a few $100 in sales ($178 at walmart to be exact) Good Job!!

I was here a month ago had great costomer service at the change rooms . Enjoyed working with the young employee michelle. Came back 2 days ago and the employee at the change room was cold. She needs to lighten up , and try enjoy her job a little bit, put a smile on and act like she cares what the costumers want. If I go back next time , I hope I get to work with Michelle again , she knows how to make a shopper comforable and smile.

This giant tiger has great staff , its is a super friendly place. I would like to say thank you to the young employee at fitting rooms on thursday, she had a big handful of clothes she put on the side to help me out and she put all her attantchion onto me when I couldn't decide and I was really self dougting myself , thinking I wasn't so pretty . But instead of most places I have ever shopped she told me in the most kindest words how beautiful I was in the out fit I tried on. I've never felt so pretty and well treated. That I actually ended up buying clothes for once, I had no dought I was going to look fantastic at the party I had to attand the next day. I will be back next time I am in town . I think her name was Michelle. Her smile was on point and she never once lost intrest in me or rushed me. she took her time and i've never had such great costomer service. Thank you for making me smile and my day a much better day ! I was in such a rush I wish I let management know because she more then deserves a tap on the shoulder.

Great prices , most employees are nice , and making shopping much easier. I shop here every couple days because of the deals. I was not sure how to use this review thingy .I asked my grandaughter sarah to show me how . I seen the most beautiful customer service a week or two ago at the the fitting rooms and was in shock because alot of the workers there are more about getting there shelfes stalked or clothes put away. Accept there a few that are very helpful and very nice to deal with on reguler bases. The new girl michelle at fitting rooms though made me smile and relise there still good in humanity. There was a mother with a young girl trying to try clothes on. This young girl was getting inpatient, you could tell the mother was starting to get upset a little. Michelle took it apon her self to cheer up the little girl and let the mother get her stuff re organised. She had the little girl fallowing her knocking on doors to see if anyone was in there and smiling. The little girl asked her so many questions and most employees would get annoyed. Her she smiled and answered all these little girls questions. Let her knock on the door once gently . Even though Michelle new no one was in there . To let her know she was doing an awsome job learning. The mother was so greatful. This mother left super happy. This here is great costumer service . Hope next time, I go shopping I get to encounter this young lady who seems to always have a smile everytime I go in. She also wonderful cashier . She very polite , she helps load the bags into the cart even though she doesn't have to. Most of all she remembers to ask how the day going and if you found everything your looking for. I really hope the manager relays the message to keep up the good work and teaches some of there other employees to smile a little more and her great costomer service skills because shes a great asset to your guy's company.

Love shopping here , theres great deals. I would like to give recognization to the wonderful employee at fitting rooms. Her name tag says Michelle on it. She always willing to help you out . When I shop and have her helping me out she makes me feel welcome , she will go run and grab clothes, she offers other options when there sold out the size thats similar . I have never in my 45 years of my life had someone go out of there way to make a costkmer happy in retail. Especially the other day, she seemed really busy , but she didn't grunt when a customer asked for help she stopped what she was doing and went and helped her . The costomer she had was calling herself ugly fat , and never in my life have I heard someone go the extra way and tell them that beauty is made of billions peices and everyone has some kinda beauty in them . She helped this lady that was saying all kinda negative stuff , which to me looked like she was gonna break down . By the.end she had 3 outfits sold and a lady with a big smile on her face :) I honestly come shopping last couple months to see her, she is honest and respectful and takes her time with her customers to make sure there satisfied . YOU GUYS GOT AN AMASING EMPLOYEE , shes an asset to your company. I can't wait till my next visit to see her and get opinions on summer dresses.

Never really use to like shopping here , due to some of the employees never being around to help me. Recently though I have encountered a young lady, Michelle at fitting rooms. She always has a smile, she always willing to help out with out even asking. I would personally never try things on because as a old man felt un easy with some of the other workers at fitting rooms. I would love to give her acknowledge ment for the sweet thing she did for the old lady that came to the fitting room around the same time as me. She had a big cart full of clothing , but she had to use the washroom. Michelle before even acknowledgeing the fact she had to go use the washroom she went up kindly and asked if this old lady needed a hand with anything. She said yes , I would like to try these clothes on, but first can you tell me where the bathroom is and can I leave my clothes here I don't want my hard work to go to waist. Michelle kindly said yes there a washroom but give me one minute I would like to let the costomer at the change room know I will be right back to help him. She put her cart on the side let the other worker know she was taking the lovely lady to the washroom to keep her clothes safe. In my 50 years I have been here a million times it feels like , ive watched ladys, men, kids have to go to the washroom , and the fitting room workers point where it is , and then the kid or adults have to wait there forever. Also she did come back right away and helped me , I was iffy on finding pants and shorts , and most of all trying them on and feeling judge because past experiences , definly at this location. But she amased me , she gave me her honest opinion , she also was very nice about it. You could tell she was a little behind because the other girls working asked her if she needed help with the clothes rack in front. Which she kindly said she will run it once done helping me. She had no problem helping me at all and she smiled the whole time. She even made me feel super young which is bonus , because she made the clothes like a fashion show tryin them on, matched the outfits for me because I wasnt sure which one would go , with what ? Which the one thing that suprised me most about this coworker, compare to other she said six items , but she also said sire I can put them in the room for you if ude like and.hang the rest on the door, with what she thought would look good together. Thank you for hiring this girl . She is one of the newer faces around and she makes me now wanna shop at giant tiger more often. She also wonderful to talk to and a great cashier . She doesn't rush you , she makes you feel welcome and want to come back at fitting rooms and the check out lines. Which is a wondeful step up from what I ugually deal with at your establishment. Definitely at fitting rooms, she doesn't look like she just working for the money , she working to make costumers happy. Please let Michelle to keep up the great work and I will be back thanks to her great costomer service ! Thank you for hiring this wonderful lady !
