Very lousy place to deal with , I had 3 bad experiences with the place before, yet again they did the same thing . The lady at the desk , one of them is very rude, she fail to understanding simple explanation, she just would not listen , what a mistake , bad place , bad experience , will not go there anymore , phone a few place that will get what I needed, not going back to Bergerson Optical next time...

Bought 2 pairs of glasses and so did my girlfriend. Excellent customer service and had my glasses in to pick up in just over a week, which is probably the quickest I've ever gotten glasses back. They also look slick and feel like great quality in my opinion too!

Although I was told my glasses would arrive in about a week, they arrived today, after close to 2 weeks. Other than that, the service offered by Gerald Bergeron is excellent. My second pair of glasses from him.
