Got new glasses - regular and sunglasses - from them and was very happy with their service. I'm a bit of an introvert, and when I went to look for my regular glasses, they didn't mind letting me be and letting me just trying on ALL the frames on my own. I was there for a while. When I got my sunglasses, I asked for a bit of help because I knew what I was looking for, they were very friendly and tried to find other frames that matched what I was hoping for. I would definitely go back to them again.

Was gòod price Not as good service Took my glasses back bc they had a scratch on lens Was told that coating didn't resist all scratches...will not buy from them any more...very unhappy

Shopping here was great! The staff were all super friendly and gave their honest opinions on the frames I was picking out. They helped me chose the best frames for me within my price range and aesthetic style. They have a good selection of frames as well they are willing to help you out with anything !

I was hesitant to purchases glasses during COVID-19, but couldn't be more pleased with the safety measures this store has implemented to put my mind at ease.. They assisted me in choosing varies frame styles to try on (and I ended up liking the frame she choose for me the best), and the associates knowledge of my perscription guided me in choosing the proper frames that would look the best with my lens thickness. My glasses arrived earlier then expected and would highly recommend the Stratford Hakim to anyone. Thank you for the great service, I love my glasses.

So it just so happens that my friends and I are all lowkey blind. Thankfully the lovely Student Optician, Sam W. Was there to assist me. Multiple times infact, and every time she helped us, she did a quick and thorough job. She helps you find a reasonable price, and the for the quality of the glasses, its great. Sincerely: ~The Guy with the swearing problem who's always got a coffee~

Went there today with my husband, not so impressed and maybe will try a different location if I come across one but not the experience I was looking for. After looking for a bit I asked the person working what glasses they would pick out for me, just to get a strangers opinion persay but girl had no interest in helping just said it depends what I'm looking for(Oh really).so after looking and looking I decided on a pair I was getting regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses than the ones I pick were not part of the 60% off deal ok that's fine but maybe if the time was took to explain the special(after all I was told one pair 30% 2 pair 60% off also to add that was me asking and me approaching the counter to ask) would of been nice to have mentioned that any frame can be sunglasses,(I already did mention what I was looking for when I asked about any specials going on) lots of wasted time If I didn't talk to the people working I wouldn't of been talked to I don't feel. there was only one other customer there.so even though the 2 pair I picked was going to cost 800$(that was with 30% off even) but I do have benefits so I wouldn't of paid the full 800$ I decided not to make the purchase solely for the fact of the customer service I didn't feel my purchase mattered so I left the store with nothing but wasted time looking for pairs I liked just to leave with nothing.i didn't want the people working to make any commission on my purchase if that is how the pay goes I have no idea and didn't feel it's an appropriate question to ask overall not a good experience

My husband and I both bought a pair of glasses here. The service was excellent and we received our glasses in a reasonable timeframe. There was an issue with the fitting of the glasses but I was able to go in and they fixed it without any issue. I am very happy with my purchase and with the service provided. I would highly recommend!
