I have brought my whole family here for glasses many years now. The glasses are great with a really good selection and the owner really takes time to help get you s frame that flatters your facial features. Our glasses arrived within a week and she personally fits them to your ears for the best comfort. Love her service and has even helped with small repairs when I dropped in Great place!

Unfortunately the optometrist, someone who works out in Waterloo and comes through to Saturday once a week, was unable to provide me with a suitable prescription. Eyes to Buy kindly rescheduled me for a second appointment with the optometrist, however this also ended with an unsatisfactory prescription. Eyes to Buy kindly gave me a refund for the glasses, but due to the optometrist working for a separate business I need to contact him separately for the full refund. Pleasant to deal with but would not recommend.

Service was OK before purchase. But glasses were problematic. Went back after a couple of weeks of trying to get used to them and was told I had waited too long. Ended up going somewhere else and buying another pair.

I visited this store one year ago and found the staff were helpful and friendly. I received my new glasses a few days later and now one year on they still feel as good as the day I got them.
