I got glasses here and it will be the last time... bad warrenty replacements. They took over 3 months to get my glasses. Delay delay delay .... They dont anwser their phones most the time and if were being honest you can get better prices.... avoid this place go see a real optometrist they can not even keep a actual optometrist on staff and keep contracting them out and no one stays on staff ... clearly problems at this place .... i do not want a call back or to deal with them again...

Munir is an absolute gentleman!!! So very helpful, knowledgeable & patient to my family as we all need new glasses at the same time. Glasses were ready in a very timely matter and I cant say enough about the AMAZING customer service Munir provided!! Thank you again, Sir!!

If you have a CAA membership there is a discount. I believe it is 30% normally. At the time we were there they had a sale and we got 40% off. We got 2 pairs for my son. They also made the claim with our insurance electronically and we only had to pay the amount not covered by the plan. Great service overall. Will go back again.

What a fantastic experience! I was in today and Munir and Jessica took amazing care of my family . We all chose our glasses and they were super helpful with our insurance needs as well as helping us choose the right items for our lifestyle. We took advantage of a optimum point event too boot! Overall fantastic experience! They have a wide variety of frames starting at $49.00 and they were cute too! Kids deals as well.

The customer service here was very bad, the gentleman that was at the counter never acknowledged us when we walked in. We looked around, the glasses seem to be of low quality no matter what price point wall they were on. I approached him about getting a quote. it was the highest one I received for 2 new pairs of glasses and 1 sunglasses. I understand a lot of people shop around when it comes to glasses looking for good price , good fit and style but customer service like what he showed here would not make me want to come back again.

I went there at 7:15 pm and the manager said they are closed but I told him the website says 8:00 pm, He pushed back and didn't apologize for this so I agree with previous comments about bad quality service that can be provided from this company.

Great service! Amazing deals! Purchased 4 pairs in the last 5 years. You must check out their 2 for one and half off promotions which happen at least twice a year. Selections are limited but you can bring your own frames if you wish.

Went here about 2 weeks ago for an eye exam and everything went well, got my glasses picked and they told me they would be ready within 2 weeks, I got my glasses exactly in 2 weeks, and everything so far has been good. Staff were friendly and doctor was friendly as well. No issues and wide selection of frames, also they took my insurance coverage which was also good, no problems. I will definitely go back again when I need an exam or glasses. Also the prices are quite decent for the selections. Overall I recommend this place.

I am so impressed with the service here! Let me tell you, they set a high bar for customer service. This was my first time going to Theodore & Pringle Optical in Real Canadian Superstore, I normally go to Costco for my glasses, but myself and my family will be going here moving forward. The prices are the comparable, but the service and the time that they spend with you surpasses Costco. When it comes to my sight I needed it to be perfect, and these guys got it right for me. Purchased two pairs of glasses more than two years ago. Today went in with an issue with the sunglass clip on for one of the pairs. They solved the issue immediately above and beyond what I expected. Excellent customer service. They'll keep my business and I recommend them highly!!!

Completely rude and unpleasant workers. The man I assume to be the manager has an attitude. Overheard them joking about a customer. Not to mention getting glasses from here is a nightmare; wife waited over a month to receive them. Don't even bother going into that store.

I just bought two glasses from Dr Munir and I can honestly say this is the best glass buying experience I have ever had. Whenever they have a sale, I will drop by again whenever I need a new glasses and recommend to anyone looking for glasses. I have gone to Costco and received nothing but subpar assistance. This is how it's done.

Aside from the 40% off deals going on while buying my glasses, I received exceptional service from the Dr. Truly helpful, truly knowledgeable, truly personable. I plan to return here every time I have any optical needs and I would urge anyone to do the same. There's a decently decently large collection of frames to look at, the prices are unbeatable, and the service was a 12/10. Thank you! Edit: a year later and I am equally as pleased with my service! Each and every person that works there is so incredibly helpful and kind, I am genuinely always so happy with everything they do! They can easily turn a stressful situation into an easy experience!
