Very disappointed. Wish I had never went there, even though I had a deal from LivingSocial; 30$ for 250$ worth. I saw the bad review on Google about bad customer service, but I figured with such a deal it wouldn't matter. I was wrong. Not only was customer service bad, but in the end they never got me what I asked. After dealing with them for nearly two months, I ended up getting reimbursed for what I got, was left with no glasses and I obviously lost my coupon. Now I have to go and get glasses from somewhere else.

I have never had my eyes examined and I was happy I trusted the reviews of this place. The entire staff is very friendly and I was well attended to. The eye exam was thorough and I ended up needing a prescription. Very nice people and were patient with me choosing my glasses for the first time! Definitely recommend this place.

The shop is welcoming, and the staff will strive to give you an excellent deal on amazing glasses. I now wear transition glasses which are formidable when driving, and very classy Tom Ford sunglasses when I am wearing my contact lenses. My wife has very elegant prescription sunglasses (Anne Klein) and she keeps being complimented on them. We strongly recommend Ovu Et Osu and will visit them as soon as we feel we need new specs.

Bad experience as well as bad service!! I had an appointment on last Friday at 6:30 PM because I finish work at 5:30. I came to my appointment and I checked out the glasses while someone came down. The Optician came and took over from the lady and was filling my info fast,, after that took me upstairs to see the doctor Thami Bakari and before we start the exam I tried to explain to the doctor what I feel with my eyes he said " do not worry we will do the test" he did not listen to what I was saying. We started the exam,, while trying different lenses on the machine and I tried to explain to him that I can see with right left eye but there is something,,, he interrupt by saying "I know, I know let me finish".. couple of times the Optician came to the room and the last time he went in when he asked the doctor everything is ok and he said that I "as the patient" ASKING TOO MANY QUESTIONS where I was trying to explain how comfort I did see with the lenses he was trying// Then the Optician (I believe his name Hisham) told me lets go "LETS GO, LETS GO, WE HAVE TO GO HOME'. Note, that at the end the doctor made a mistake with the sign ( -, +),, and the optician told him that this is should be + not - The glasses we wear, we keep them for a year or two before we change// Imagine that you are wearing the wrong Prescription for a good period of time because of their unpaid Attention to your eyes. What would happened to your eyes after a while???? I did not do my glasses at thier office,, the coupon that I bought from Groupon now in the garbage/// Even I do not care about the 60$ that they took for this worst service from both Optician and Doctor/// But I care about my Eyes, Do you care about your Eyes? Going to another doctor to be on the safe side!! then compare the Prescriptions. I am a sales man, from my point of view: The doctor did not show any professionalism on what he was doing neither love to what he was doing
