A better place to go is Optical Trust at 2-808 Warden Ave, Scarborough, ON M1L 4T7great service, knowledgeable, and they are not hungry. The guy who owns 'Visual Image Optical Centre' is named Ingie: he's a clown. Like a woman he likes to chit chat and gossip so be prepared to wait countless of hours for him to finish a story. If his children are there running the place it's fine because they will offer you proper service. If Ingie is there, just come another time when his kids are running it.

This is your health Wellness One Stop Shop. They have prescription and fashion sunglasses they have Orthotics they have compression socks and right beside it is an optometrist actually attached to their location. Very friendly and helpful people my only issue is that they're so busy that you end up waiting for the smallest things like picking up your prescription there either always on the phone or taking care of an customer. Ingy is the owner surrounded by a staff of family members.

This place doesnt even deserve a star! The owner is just disrespectful and very greedy. The moment we stepped in, without even asking how are you or what's your name, Ingie (more of yuckie) asked if we have insurance, where we worked and how much we can afford. DISGUSTING! If you have optical benefits from your company, please go somewhere else as this place is run by @$sholes!
