I purchased two sets of frames, sunglasses and eyeglasses, had no issue with the sunglasses. The other when I searched online, multiple sites had them listed as women’s. When I went back the guy was very abrasive and giving me a lot of push back. The lady was nice the entire time. I even called Lens Crafters in their office to confirm what I saw online because the guy had the nerve to tell me that if I called them they would confirm them as Men’s or Unisex. Lens Crafters confirmed that the front profile looked feminine and the side profile looked masculine however they didn’t have them in stock and never had them in stock because they only carry this brand in men’s specifically. He even gave me the phone number to call them and when I did this is what they advised me! Even after confirming with Lens Crafters in the office and showing him several websites he was still abrasive, dismissive, and pushing back. Trying to justify selling me a women’s style of eyeglass by saying “well the ones you were wearing before a woman could wear” doesn’t change the fact you sold me a pair that is meant to fit a women’s face. Yes, a woman could wear my old pair of eyeglasses, but highly unlikey because they are men’s and made to fit a man’s face. You can see the features that differentiate men’s from women’s on my new glasses from the cut of the frame to the shape of the rims when you compare, and it became obvious once my prescription was in them and I could see clearly; and FYI just because it’s Giorgio Armani doesn’t mean Armani doesn’t dabble in women’s fashion including eyewear. Then the guy says to me “it’s sales people are going to sell it to you and everywhere you go it would be the same someone would just sell it you know.” Yes, you’re right it is sales and you need to make a sale; I come to you expecting you to be the professional and to advise me as to what looks good and what doesn’t, including what suits a male and what suits a female, especially when trying on frames and having vision problems. I would expect you to know your product, so that if I happen to pull a pair of glasses off your massive wall with tons of choices you would be organized and knowledgeable enough to know what is women’s and what is men’s and say to me sir, those glasses you picked are a woman’s frame they won’t be suitable however this would be the men’s equivalent and likely more suitable for you. And just because I’m arab, it isn’t okay to address me as “habibi” to try and down play down the situation. Ultimately they were willing to change them but I wasn’t happy with the way the gentleman approached it as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, even after I was able to confirm details with Lens Crafters and show him several credible websites that refenced the frames as women’s; clearly evidenced with pictures and the serial number. He wasn’t able to show me in his system that they are classified as Men’s or Unisex when I asked and his excuse was they’re discontinued and the brand is a men’s brand and only makes men’s glasses; when they do in fact make frames and merchandise for women and you can even verify it from the brand’s website. I had spent $780 with them for two sets of frames and prescription lenses. Even though they were willing to change them at the end, I was so frustrated with the way I was being treated that I left, because it was absolutely ridiculous the extent I went to in order to prove to them the error and will purchase my glasses elsewhere in the future. The only advice I will give you is just cross reference the serial numbers and make sure you’re buying appropriate frames. I will have to wait for three months until my new benefits package kicks in so I can go purchase proper men’s frames. Yes, they do have a large selection and the lady who works there is very nice but because of this experience they will not be my first choice in the future nor would I recommend them to my friends and family. Poor customer service after the fact, 1 star rating as a result.

I got my glasses there about a month ago. I loved the choice if frames allowed under my plan. I got a great frame and the lens was perfectly matched my prescription. Will return again for sure.

Malang Lewanay

Very unorganized and inferior customer service. Would not recommend.

The optometrist is decent and tries to help people. I think he is Sikh. However, the older guy (70-80+yes old) who sits in the reception is pain in the xxxx. He pushes you unprofessionally to buy frames from them and not sensitive enough to deal with customer in a professional eyewear setting.

I love this place. I have been coming here for years. They have the best prices for quality brand glasses - prescription and non prescription. Owners are great people. I have compared them to other optical places in the past - what a big difference. This place will always be my number one choice.

I just got my glasses. It's worth to spend money in this store. All the employees are so nice. They explained me everything before proceeding for payment. I am quite satisfied with their service. Their eye exam is cheaper than any other place and quality of service is very good.

Excellent service by Garo and his staff. The pricing was much better than those large chains and the onsite optometrist was very convenient for my eye exam.
