Omega Optical was a great experience for purchasing new glasses of my wife and me from start to finish a couple of times. The optometrist was very friendly, knowledgeable, very thorough and helpful. and best of all, their frames selection was amazing. I was happy with my service and I recommend others to stop on in! My wife and me got our glasses very fast and we couldn't have been happier with the service. I plan to revisit in the future to fill my prescription!

I have been a customer of OMEGA since I was about 4 and 24 years later I still go there, Great Owners that always make me feel welcome and know just what style I’m looking for and they know I’m not huge on designer brands I’m all about comfort and they always find me a pair that suits me, they fix my glasses a lot as a kid and always give you a glasses case to keep em safe with each new pair. These guys still remember me every time I come. And they even hold your prescription. Good quality and fair prices, you will always leave with a smile on because of how you feel in your glasses 10/10

I recently went in for an eye exam after I noticed my vision getting a bit weaker. They were very nice and professional and I had a great experience overall. I decided to return to pick up a pair of glasses and received a discount because I had previously done my eye exam there. I'll definitely be going back to this place for my next routine check-up.

horrible service they wanted to charge me a fitting fee of $80 because i don’t have the box of my current lenses, who would keep an empty box around for contact lenses they’ve been buying for years, i know my size & prescription i’ve never had this issue before with any optical store so i found it ridiculous, the “specialist” i spoke to was extremely rude.

I’ve purchased many prescription glasses from many different optical retailers over the years and none have given the attention to detail - to the fitting and the quality of the eyeglass lens - as I have seen here. My family and relatives have been going to Omega Optical for years ... and we drive all the way from Vaughan and Thornhill. We like going to Omega Optical instead of large retail chains like Hakim or the Sunglasses Hut because we never feel pressured to buy if we don't find anything we like. They carry high quality frames and sun glasses and everything is reasonably priced compared to other stores. Mr. Cheung and Rose are always friendly and accommodating. They will spend time to assist you in picking out a frame that suites you, even if you try on every single pair of glasses in the store. Mr. Cheung is great at adjusting glasses so that it rests comfortably on your nose and ears. I've taken glasses to other shops for adjustment and they charged me for the service! He, on the other hand, is always smiling, happy to help and will adjust as many glasses as I have for free. Rose will also take care of filling out the paperwork for your health insurance coverage. My family and I will continue to go to Omega Optical.

I have been a customer of Omega Optical for at least twenty years and have nothing but the highest of accolades to both Rose and Chu. Upon moving to Vancouver, I worried that I would not find anyone as competent to fill my Gas Permeable bifocal contact lense prescription. So I called Chu and told him I would be coming into Toronto and could I get a new set in four days. Not only did Chu get this done, they were ready in less than two days. Unbelievable. Great customer service coupled with superior optical knowledge. Thank you both.....
