Extremely poor after sales service.. my spectacles have been delayed by 5 weeks now.. everytime I call, it's mentioned I would be given a call and my specs will arrrive within that week.. definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.. yet to get my spectacles.. just got off the call with the same lady who promised me that my specs would come 10 days back.. now she has no clue why it has been delayed..

WOW. Everything from the customer services to the product quality is amazing. I haven't been to any better optical store. One of the best locations I've been to. Dupinder was a great help and he makes you feel comfortable and at home. Their products are fantastic and are 100% original. I had such a variety to choose from and couldn't put anything down. The price was very reasonable. I had been looking for glasses for a while, but couldn't find a store that had the ones I was satisfied with, until I came to Kanda Optical. They provided me with exact prescription in very decent glasses, on time. I would definitely recommend this to everyone and I will personally be going back again and again with my family too. Dupinder has great knowledge in optics and modern fashion and excellent customer service manners. Very professional location.

Just want to share how grateful I am to Mr. Sandhu and the staff at Kanda Optical. I'm from Buffalo, New York in the Toronto area for my son's hockey tournament this past weekend when disaster struck for me. I was on the bench during my son's game when one of our boys sticks came up and hit my glasses off and broke my glasses in half. What most people would consider a minor inconvenience, was a major disaster for me. I have really poor eyesight without my glasses on, literly can't do much of anything without them. So, I was in a different country ,miles away from home with no spare pair, or contacts, with another day left in our tournament. Thank God we stumbled across Kanda Optical and decided to go in and see if they could help me. Mr. Sandhu and his staff calmed me down and found me a frame that fit my lenses perfectly. He was so professional and caring about my situation ,making sure I walked out of there with glasses that fit perfectly in a short period of time . I'm truly grateful for them, they saved mine and my family's weekend. It's a great feeling to know that there are still people and businesses that care about people and provide great customer service .

To be fair the initial purchasing of the glasses was smooth sailing. We were able to choose a good pair and got the prescription done. However when it came to actually delivering said glasses the entire experience was horrible. We were told to come retrieve the glasses at the end of the week. When we went they had told us it was not ready and that they would bring the glasses to our home which was about 20 minutes away. We received no response during the following days. We gave them a call and commented on the bad customer service we were receiving, the man on the phone agreed and stated a time and day when they would bring. More days went by and then we got mad. We kept calling and they would not even answer our calls. Then we finally did get through and we complained the man simply hung up the phone. Extremely HORRID customer service, would NOT buy from again. I think i'll stick to getting glasses online from Clearly Contacts.

Just went to Kanda today . Was amazed at how great the selection is. I have a very high Rx so need very small frames. They had a decent selection which most places do not. They helped me immediately as I walked in, unlike some places where you are ignored. Just the best experience. Will never go elsewhere.

Went to the store for sunglasses after a few people recommended this location because of the prices and huge collection. They were busy expected but however their customer service was definitely worth the wait. They take care for all your optical needs, very professional and friendly staff. Wasted over an hour and half going to this store. was told my appointment was 5:40 got there at 5:11 to confirm. was going to leave for a bit and come back in time but was asked to stay because I was going to get in earlier. at 5:35 i asked when i was going in and was told i was next. i asked if they she was sure and she said yes. at 5:47 another couple who was late went in. i asked another girl and she said they only needed a short time which is what she said earlier. i no i am a senior citizen but i do not believe I should be treated like that. i was going to buy 2 pairs off glasses and they said i would definitely have them by thursday before my vacation. now i will not and too late to get another appointment. very poor service I do not recommend
