Terrible. Never come here again, glasses. I bought a pair of hakim optical glasses, and both Frame broke under the first month. The Screws on the glasses where loss and I had to tighten them frequently. The lens pop out every Easily.

Me and my husband just had our comprehensive eye exam with retina check today. We are so pleased to meet Dr.Satchi. What we liked the most was, he took time to explain what’s going on. We’ve been to 2 optometrist already from my past eye check up years ago but doctors were not saying anything, they just hand over the prescription and done. We are very much satisfied with Dr. Satchi’s service. He’s not rushing and even entertained patient’s questions. He is very professional and for sure we will never look another optometrist because we found the best one already. Thanks to Rada for her assistance! Very accommodating even on the phone. I just don’t know how the service is for the lens and glasses section, we need to come back next week for this. I hope they will have a great service as well.

Two staff were there and no one came over to help us or greet us. When we asked for help staff was extremely unhelpful. Were only concerned with peeling for lock up even though we went an hour before closing time

Made an appointment at 12:30 and was right on time. Was told to sit and wait. 30 min later, asked how much longer and was told another 30 min because I I didn't check in!! Didn't end up getting my eyes checked, waste of my time. What's the point of an appointment if you can't follow it?!?!

Leon was very helpful. The computer system sucks and I had to wait a long time while they dealt with issues more than once. THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!! even though the glasses they fit me make me dizzy due to distortion. Leon kept working with me until we got it right but this took over 2 months and i still dont have my 2nd and 3rd prs. Over all NOT HAPPY

WORST OPTICAL TO GO TO OMG! I PUT IN AN ORDER FOR A PAIR AND THEY MESSED UP THE PAIR AND TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO FIX WHAT THEY MESSED UP ON! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND RUDE! JUST GO TO ANOTHER OPTICAL STORE, TRUST ME DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY'RE ALSO LIMITED IN STYLES, IT'S ALL 1980'S STYLE GLASSES LOL

Great customer service. Leon was very helpful with choosing the frames and also added many discounts. Reasonable pricing overall compared to other Hakim Optical locations. Due to pandemic restrictions, a limited number of people are allowed to be in the store. Sanitizers are available. Masks recommended. All staff were wearing masks and gloves. Touching glasses in store is not allowed but the staff will handle the frames from the shelves and help the customer select a few for trying on. Store door gets locked once maximum capacity is reached but Hakim Optical staff inform those waiting in the parking lot when it's ok to enter.

Have been buying my glasses here for over 30 years. Always excellent service, especially from Leon - he is my go to guy when I need new glasses. Broke my 3 year old glasses on a Monday and am picking up my new ones on Saturday. Less than 1 week. Really fast service. Any issues with fit or problems with the frames have always been taken care of. Used to see Dr Agar until he retired and now see Dr Gavin Bastiampillai. He is very good, but unfortunately he is now only in on Thursdays at that this location

Horrible and rude staff, very unprofessional and unreliable, the eyeglasses are way overdue, they keep saying they'll call to let us know when it's available for pick up but they never do and when we call they are rude and hang up on you while you are on hold and when you call back they do not even let you finish explaining your concern and just talk over you and worse, still no eyeglasses.

I was a customer of theirs for many years and have purchased at least 10 pair of glasses from them. I recently moved 3 hours away and they are refusing to give my new Optical store my prescription even though they know it is impossible to get an eye appointment right now. How very petty of them.

Went here for the first time to get glasses. Paid extra for the frames i wanted. The prescription was for bifocals and I wasn't sure if I would be able to adjust to them. The lady said I had a month to decide and would be able to switch them to single vision no charge. I noticed a crack in the frame so when I went back to say I decided on single lenses...I also showed the other lady the crack. It took FOUR visits to get the lenses right. I have dealt with other places before and I understand that mistakes happen....but honestly FOUR TIMES?! By the second time they should have definitely checked them out to ensure there were no warps in the lenses. I was not impressed. Please check over your glasses before leaving the store or you'll be wasting time going back and forth!

The Manager Fazeel Kareem , he is the manager of all location is very unperfessonal and he RUDE!! . He does not keep his promise, I called him he igonred my call, I left so many messages with his assitant he did not return my call. He is very rude and un perfessional .

First of all, I made the mistake of not believing the negative reviews, the doctor forgot to adjust my chair which prevented me from seeing properly during the exam. She literally did the whole exam like that and realized her mistake last minute and she didn't check it again. I just really really hope that my prescription is right because I feel like she might've just guessed it at this point. Also, they refused to convert my glasses prescription to contact lenses prescription even though it would literally be a matter of a minute since I didn't need an adjustment. They said they would do it for 70 dollars just to write a few numbers. Needless to say, I will not be going back there.

I have been going their for long time but this time someone made flat glass went twice they fix still no good went again made new glasses obrondlence better then before but not as good as usd to make nextime may not go their for glasses quality not good before they were making good glasses ????they try to fix glasses but cannot fix

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! If I could it would be minus 0 stars for this location. Ridiculous that being a loyal customer for over 10 yrs always paid out of pocket always bought 2 pairs and not a single I'm sorry to waste your time. They lie and when you point out that the other employee told you something else just the other day they say "I don't know why they told you that". Also if you do go to this store make sure you bring your tent and set it up infront of the store cause you mind as well sleep their that's how long you will wait to be helped, it won't be anytime soon. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes messed up my glasses 2 times now. Not 1 im sorry let me help. Clearly customer service in 2018 does not exist.

Terrible staff, no one to welcome the guest. The old lady kept on looking at us and did not had courtesy to say Hi. Her tone was not good when she asked us reason to visit them. I said i have to fix a frame and then she started giving us dirty looks. Will never go there again

Thanks Hakim Optical <3 Leon is a very nice helper he helped me with my glasses and some my mum loves the glasses. This is not my neighborhood at all but close to a job I had and I needed my glasses done quickly. They were so helpful! I dealt w the lovely Fery who got my super scratched progressive lenses redone w a scratch resistant coating in 4 days at a great price. I'd seriously consider driving way out here for future glasses needs. Thanks Fery!
