Affordable frames and eye care products. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have an optometrist that is on site, but is only there on certain days.

i went to this store and i actually got my prescription done somewhere else. my lenses weren't working and i thought it was their fault but it turns out it was the optometrist who made the fault ( not the optometrist in this store). i asked for a refund but they said they couldn't do refund for lenses because they are a custom product (made sense to me) but they were so nice and that they replaced the lenses for free even though it wasn't there fault. i would recommend!

Ms. Abdul Bari who is the owner, provided me a very bad customer service. And they way she confronted me it was too bad. I spent $450 on my glasses, and she could not even give me any cover to keep my glasses safe. She answered me very rude. Other staff members are very useless and ruthless. i will not go there again. after customer care is great and is why i come here. i think this place has been through a bit of a rollercoaster considering they had alot of staff changes but they always treated me well. i come here because after i buy from them they always fix and help out with my frames as best they can., as well as they have some pretty nice designers :D. thanks nazia ðan!

I'm so glad places like this still exist. i came here while just passing through the mall. needed my glasses fixed and they worker there did it immediately for free of charge and even cleaned them up. i was so surprised that i ended up coming back and buying my glasses with them. just really nice people here with good hearts. i definitely would recommend .

love coming here, the staff are always very sweet to me. really like how they put all their designers together, saves me the time of walking around and potentially missing a frame i would've liked. the doctor there is super cool as well (the doctors room is a bit small but its never been a problem for me). i would recommend!

Entrance from the Tim Hortons side. Then straight across the food court. One of the best and caring optometrist here, Dr. Qureshi. Clean, bright place. Decent and latest styles frames on sight. Staff is extremely friendly and polite. Quick service.

Famous Optical is the only eye-glasses store I trust. I purchased my first pair of glasses from them a few years ago, and have been coming back ever since. The staff here are very professional and caring. They called me back within minutes after my call was missed. **Bad experience! My eyes were hurting and I requested for a follow up examination. No one cared to respond! They have a section of cheaper frames but not worth wearing outdoors. I give them 2 stars!

very nice customer service at this optical. I am long time customer here. I have been there recently and service was great. pacific mall sell me fakes that broke easily. this place sell real authentic designer frames and they came down to good price. very nice people.
