I ordered orthotics from this company a year ago from the Markham, Ontario location and still haven't received them. After I had put in my order, a month or so later they called to say they were ready after I had to call and figure out what was going on because my insurance company wasn't receiving the claim papers. Eventually I got a call that they were ready and a couple days later I went to the store to pick them up; and they couldn't find my order. The man looked and called the doctor that actually took my order and it was still no where to be found. I explained that I didn't want to have to come back to this location because its far from where I live, he told me they would have the product sent to the Scarborough location when they find it. I agreed. So about a week or so later I had a voicemail saying that the product was at the Scarborough location. I was unable to go in but never got another phone call again. And when I eventually went in to pick the product up, they didn't have it. They had "sent it back to the manufacturer". I asked why I wasn't called again before it was sent back, and he didn't have an answer. He told me he would order it again, and would call me within 8 days. A few months later, and I still haven't gotten a call. They took my insurance company's money and can't produce a product for what was paid. Worst company and customer service ever! Unbelieveable!
