I received my first set of glasses and they didn't put the bifocals on they forgot to put the darkening on the lenses then the next pair has marks on the lenses from the manufacturing of the lenses. I went to them and they tell me I need to get anti glare put on the lenses. They won't even consider that they are marks from manufacturing they're telling me that it's the lenses. You don't see two straight marks in the place where you look the most with a dot on each side of the marks that appear as a line in the area where you look through the lenses. I am never going back and I'll be telling all the folks I meet about this failure of service. I would like to thank you for finally getting my glasses right.

By far...the most "UNPROFESSIONAL" practice of Optometry in our city. A few of the front end receptionist's feel "FILTER FREE", to re-act like "PRIVILEGED PRIMA DONNA'S", with the matching attitudes. Staff was unable or unwilling to actuate answer's to my client/customer services questions, as the nature of the call was unclear. Instead, I got an abrupt transfer to and forth from staff, only to be hung-up on. Time and time again, I had made request's to be removed from the "CLIENT CALLING LIST", which were convoyed as been seemly confirmed. I believe the staff may be at play here or perhaps it is technical data entry issues!?! Why else would I receive a call, my business has gone to the competitor. Sad story...since the same "OPTOMETRY PRACTICE"; "the actual application or use of an idea, belief, or method, as opposed to theories relating to it, does or did have, " PROFESSIONAL OPTHAMOLOGISTS. Waterloo wall of shame post!

I Was only 5 Minutes late and Natalie Zagordo (who is an Optometrist) preceded to go for lunch instead of taking my 12:10 appointment. Highly disappointing and i have been going here my entire life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NATALIE ZAGORDO.. Coccimiglio is great but only for kids. They also do not fit the glasses they make properly if they even do a fit them for you which they haven't in the past for me. Hakim Optical/Northern Vision Care is where I go now and this upsets me as i have went here my entire life.

i purchased my glasses from this shop . My experience was extremely underwhelming. I was there twice to look for frames and not once was I asked if I needed any help. I received frames that were not aligned to my face or screwed on properly. I paid $500 for my prescription glasses so I expected a bit more of an explanation as to why the job was done so poorly. Instead I got a lady who spoke to my in an extremely uncomfortable and loud voice , telling me that the frames were fine and that they could do nothing more about them and that the lense "is not going to fall off " as per the doctors , I had an amazing experience with the optometrist who checked my daughter and me. In my opinion , I will never give this frame shop my money again .

Cannot speak highly enough of this clinic and all of the phenomenal caring doctors and staff involved. I used to work here as a student over the summers and absolutely loved it- great teachers! Also my family and I have been going here for years. Dr. Coccimiglio (best optometrist/ part time comedian ever) actually inspired me to become an optometrist myself after changing my life with a pair of glasses at age 12 (I’m 100% serious!!). Dr. Zagordo is the sweetest/ most caring doctor as well- go see for yourself. All of the doctors are phenomenal, the staff are all caring and fun to interact with. Would highly recommend them to anyone ❤️.

The doctor was very accommodating. I suffer from military PTSD/MST. During my first visit, my PTSD /MST symptoms got in the way of the optometrist being able to best meet my optical needs. My second visit went smoother and the doctor as well as the staff made accommodations so that I could function more clearly and calmer. ???? ???? ????

Dr. Deluca is great by way of Doctors. But today was my final straw here! After Calling around to new Optometrists today this is the only place that makes a Diabetic who is not on medication jump through hoops of getting a note to be seen annually. Then today I showed up to a contact fitting appointment I made two weeks ago to find out I apparently didn't have an appoint. And the reception was the least caring person, who didn't care whatso ever! No apology, No offer to make a new appointment or see what she could do .. NOTHING, basically just wanted me to go away... so I did To a new place to get my contact fitting(cheaper at that, so I guess thanks for that), my contacts and from now on new Optometrist. They will be calling to have my records transferred.

I walk in. "Do you have an appointment?" I'm just here to buy a pair of nice sun glasses. "sorry you need an appointment, you have to leave" I need an appointment to look and buy a pair of sun glasses? "Yes" Okay... Thanks .. for that. Unpleasant and first grade thinking/marketing. Too bad to .. where else do you buy fancy Gucci's or raybans... Besides sportscheck.. Can't speak for the doctor him/herself. Regardless. Unpleasant. And first grade thinking/marketing

I needed specs for my drivers license, they got me an appointment within a couple days when everyone was not taking new clients. Lovely personable optician did the eye exam, friendly helpful front desk team. All round great experience. $150 for eye exam reasonable price

Poor customer service, they didn't want to run both my Insurance coverages Insisted I pay $50 fee until I got very stern in telling them that is what I have insurance for. With that they would ask me about my eyes and pay no attention or no matter towards what I was telling and father more interupted to "get moving along". My daughter goes to this same place and I would hate for her to have to deal with this service. Highly do not recommend unless your fighting with the ex and just wanna blow steam off on somebody.. the eye doctor and middle front desk lady were very unprofessional in that matter and seemed to work together on the poor service. Honestly had more help from eye doctors that were not legal doctors..

Went for my I exam appointment and was refused entry, even though I am exempt from wearing a mask. They do not follow the Algoma Health rules for people unable to wear masks. Very rude receptionist.

Been going here for 29 years ...our family of 5. great doctors, courteous staff ... a deep professional team. would highly recommend to anyone.. for both regular appointments and complex eye problems; and many choices for prescription eye glasses.
