Sandra was great, can’t remember the other guys name working there, both help me pick out a pair. My first pair of glasses I needed. Tried other place second specs staff was great. They made my glass right there were ready in 30 mins. It took me longer to pick out a pair of glasses. Price was great as well. I am going back for a second pair of glasses, as they were way less money that any other places I checked out, and they look good and feel great.

Merry Christmas to me! Bought my second specs at Second Specs! 2nd pair within 4 months. Can't resist the deeply-discounted price and wide selection variety. Now with a 2nd long-term Licensed Optician (from a well-known national Optometrist chain) on staff along with skillfully-trained employees, the customer is always in good hands. Each of them always ensures the proper fit and guarantee follow-up adjustments. Second Specs wants you to be happy! A person can really get the most out of their work benefits, or at least not empty the wallet when paying out of pocket. Go see Sandra, Lexi, Ariel, & Maria.(Dec 2021) 1/3 the price that I would've paid at my local optometrist! Great in-person selection of frames and incredible next day turnaround with add-on options. Having experienced Licensed Optician Sandra (who came from a local optometrist) as senior employee working full-time at this location is reassuring knowing you will get good quality and service. Upon receiving the prescription from my eye doctor, the glasses were completed in under 30 minutes! Would reccomend to anyone in need of glasses in a short time-frame

Really great service! Super nice and helpful! My glasses broke last night and I really rely on them, they had my lens in stock and were able to get everything ready in less than an hour! Probably some of the best help/service I’ve had with this sort of thing! I believe the guy who helped me out was Steven? But either way I would really recommend them!

Could hardly believe that I could get quality single lens glasses with scratch coating at a kios mall location, serviced by an optometrist that took 30 minutes to complete. I recommend this to all and anybody. So professional and polite and reasonably priced at $127. All I needed was my prescription and 30 minutes of shopping in the mall while my new glasses were being prepared.

I like the compact displays of frames and the availability of more color frames which she ordered. Prices were very competitive and deliveries much quicker than the 10 business days.

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here now for about two years, and have gotten two pairs of glasses here. I love the service, and they are very helpful. I also do love how cheap they are. My glasses without the lenses cost I believe 78 bucks! There glasses are very durable since I am super clumsy and throw, drop, etc and never have broken them. Good quality for a cheap price! I will forsure use them in the future and recommend everyone to come check it out.

I’m SO very happy with the service at Second Specs Saskatoon. After losing my glasses on a very long work road trip, I was worried that I was going to be driving without good vision for the remainder of the trip. I found SSpecs in desperation and called them with my prescription. They had my prescription in stock and said they could make them for me on a Sunday. Big shout out to Stephen in Midtown Plaza, came up as he was closing things up needing a pair of specs for that evening. He opened everything up for me and got me sorted out within 15 minutes and sent me on my way. Would defiently recommend if you need a good set of glasses for any purpose to head there and grab them. Great glasses, better customer service.

OMG！I love this store！Sandra is super professinal and she is soooo nice. I had a sunglasses with broken frame，I tried to ask several optical stores but they just directly said we cannot fix it and they even did not try. BUT！Sandra tried more than 20 frames to find a suitable one，and she found the one fit my old lenses sooo perfectly！And she adjusted the frame to fit my face shape perfect. Best service！I will recommend to any friends who needs any optical service！I just want to say thanks agian to Sandra！

I stopped in 2 check prices I just moved from Alberta a small town where I paid 600 dollars for my glasses I have a pretty strong prescription . After I chose a pair of frames they told me all in would be 260 dollars ,My old glasses didn't have that anti reflective so these were amazing what a difference !! Went to second specs in search of good glasses at a good price and I was not let down! Dealt with Sandra and she was amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Picked out frames and gave her honest opinion on how they looked which was so refreshing, she was not in it to make a sale but to make sure I was comfortable in my final choice. The processes after picking out frames was quick and efficient. They direct bill which is another bonus to this place! Plus as Sandra informed me they also donate an eye exam or glasses for every purchase and they also take your old glasses for donation which is exactly what I did with my old pair as I walked away a happy, stylish and satisfied customer. Will 100% be repeat customer.

So impressed with Second Specs. My experience with Sandra and Steven at Second Specs was excellent! I have a wandering eye and my doctor had me switch to a different prescription after just one year and had just purchased 2 pairs of glasses and one sunglasses. I was feeling really down about spending so much money again and having useless glasses that I just purchased a year ago. But my Mum had been to Second Specs and she has special needs with her glasses (family issues!) and she estimates that she saved about more than 600 dollars! If I didn’t experience it myself I wouldn’t have believed it. I am so impressed. They were thoughtful and patient and my glasses were ready in six business days. And way under what they quoted me at the store at my doctors office. I didn’t have to buy from them! I never ever thought of this before! But I saved hundreds of dollars and I swear I had more choices! The staff optician and team of Sandra and Steven are not pushy and are so patient and thoughtful. They promised that my glasses would be ready in 8 business days. They came in 6!!! My last order of glasses at my doctors office took a month! This is something I never thought could be possible but I know they are Canadian business started in Alberta. I would highly recommend Second Specs!

Sandra and her staff are professional and friendly and know everything you need to know about glasses and frames. They are a fraction of the price of other eye glass dispensaries and the quality is there. I love my new glasses and get nothing but compliments on them. $296 aprox. Just got new sunglasses $329 aprox. These are progressive lenses as well. If you want fast efficient service try this place in the midtown plaza. Especially if your tired of being gouged by high priced places or if you just want a second pair of glasses that are stylish and affordable.

There kiosk is at the entrance of midtown plaza so, whenever I would go there I would see all the frames, after sometime, I decided to give it a try there selection is very trend.
