Useless and terrible. Wanted a prescription from my original glasses put into a new frame with new lenses but same prescription. They put in a different prescription. Takes months to get an appointment to fix the issue. Still not resolved, months more. Still not resolved. Now they claim I need another appointment $. So I'm left with over price useless frames and lenses I bought from them that I cant use. Cant return and now I'm stuck going somewhere else to pay to get these fixed. When I moved to Moose Jaw I never heard good things about PECC but went anyways. Much regret. Useless. 0/10

I just have to say that Dr. Lins is an amazing optometrist. He goes above and beyond and always remembers the fine details of each visit from years past. He is so informative on everything. I just want to say thank you and make sure he knows how we appreciate his outstanding service.

I recently visited for my second annual checkup with Dr Marcia Mitschke. She was thorough and quick yet I was given plenty of time to ask questions. This office has all the latest diagnostic equipment. I did not purchase glasses but they appear to have a complete selection. Their COVID-19 precautions were clearly explained and thoroughly enforced.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. was thorough and explained everything in detail. He even retested some things to be double sure he didn't miss anything. Thanks PECC!

Primary eye care has horrible customer service!!! Don’t go there get your eyes check and buy glasses somewhere else! They don’t back there vision checks! They blame the other reputable Eye care centres glasses, basically saying the other place messed up on the prescription. But it’s not, the prescription they gave to get glasses is too strong. So we’re having eyes retested at another optometrist and if the prescriptions found wrong then I guess primary Eyecare is the one with the problem they just want to collect $30 to check the glasses from somebody else to turn around and say the prescriptions wrong from the other place we got glasses from!!! Greedy people and passing the buck to blame someone else instead to check his eyes again!!
