Extremely unprofessional in dealing. Had no idea how to use software to find customer details, zero knowledge about warranty and stubborn that whatever she is doing still right. I will never refer anyone to shop there.

Customer service isn't their strong suit AT ALL. This is the second time in a few years I tried to give this place a chance and I was treated like a nobody both times. I went in there today at 5 to buy a pair of glasses and lenses, no one else was in the store except me and two people "working." I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way! Both women just sat behind their desks whispering to each other and laughing, I know they saw me because I walked right by them. I was in there about 20 minutes trying on glasses and I had picked out a pair of Versace glasses that I would have bought if they had treated me like a person instead of nothing. Because of your stuck up staff you lost out on some good money tonight!! Just like my first time visiting a few years ago, nothing as changed!

This was always my go-to store for my oldest son. The old manager must be gone because the service is no longer what I remember it was. I walked around the store for about a half hour. I had intended to purchase 2 pairs of glasses plus a pair of sunglasses. The staff member approached me at the door. Solid Covid protocol was of utmost concern however; selling me glasses was not. There was another customer in the store but I saw at least two staff. I was ignored while I wandered looking for frames. I did find some I liked but nobody to help. I put down the tray overflowing with eyewear and left. Never to return. I see there are many of these reviews...sadly I’ve had to leave another without the company changing their lack of service. I’ll buy my 3 frames elsewhere and tell everyone I can to not waste their time wandering around Optiks International. They don’t want our business. And no...I won’t email you or allow you to make it up to me...you obviously have not fixed the issues with service in your Lloydminster store. Wendy

The girls at Optiks Internaitional are AMAZING!!! My daughter is a little hard on glasses and we brought in her broken glasses and they replaced the frames and lenses within 15mins!! Such great service and always so friendly!! Highly recommend Optiks International!!

I have been going to this Optiks in Lloydminster for a very long time. I have to say they have always been helpful with helping me find a pair or two of glasses and seeing what works for me. They also help me find the better deal! Cassie is very knowledgable and her partners work very well with her in selecting styles . They call to let me know when my glasses arrive. As well Cassie has gone out of her way to even mail me my glasses at no extra cost to another country when we ran into a time delay of my glasses arriving at their store. I will always promote your great service!

The customer service was terrible. Extremely rude and still waiting on a call for my second pair to arrive. I felt like a burden walking into the store. The two ladies working didn’t help adjust my glasses to fit my face. I had to go to another store in town to adjust them. I would not recommend, I regret choosing international optical. Next time I will go somewhere with better customer service.
