Jan 2020 - Came here again for progressive lenses and contacts - Dr. Berger, John and Candace as well as the other frontline members were incredibly helpful as I made my choice of frames and lenses. They have a great selection of beautiful frames and the prices are very competitive. Dr. Berger also helped me find a solution with contact lenses as progressive ones would be out of my price range for the amount of time I would be wearing them. We found a great solution and I'm able to read menus and texts when I wear the contacts! It's a big deal! Thanks FYI doctors! Fantastic service. The whole environment is friendly and inviting! There are lovely plants and the displays are great. The receptionists greet you with a smile and the pretesters are amazing. They were all so nice and helped me when I didnt understand what to do. When getting my eyes checked, the doctor was professional and well mannered, and made it an entertaining experience. I highly highly recommend going there for any needs of the eye ???? Everyone was so helpful and kind ????

My experience was okay when I needed glasses. Since then I've gotten at least a dozen calls, emails, texts all advertising to me. Apparently, using their service signs you up for this endless advertising. I suggest giving them a fake number and email or going somewhere else.

Went to 21st for the exam and saw Dr. Berger. She is always so lovely. Great with young kids and older kids (like my husband). It was his first time and he was impressed with the thoroughness of the exam. My family all came to market mall the next day to pick out frames and they have an amazing selection we found just what we wanted!

Very unhelpful unless you are initially buying glasses. Loved waiting on hold for 5+ mins to be told I need to come in person to get a PD measurement from a pair of glasses we just got from there.... Silly

Dr. Berger was excellent. Very professional and thorough with the eye examination. Unfortunately, the sales associates were not professional. They had a indifferent and unenthusiastic attitude.
