Dr Giocoli is our optometrist and she is the best at looking after all our eye needs. Carmen looked after me for my eye glasses. Tell Carmen the look you are wanting and in no time she has just the look of glasses you were looking for. She is also excellent in color choices for you. I highly recommend trying this FYIdoctor location out.

I've been a patient at the 1st Ave. location for years but had an urgent need to get an appointment, and was directed to the 22nd St. Westside facility, where I got in on short notice. It was obvious when you arrive that there was a very good Covid protocol in place to keep patients limited, and separated. Very friendly and courteous staff, and when I seen the new doctor for the first time, she was completely up to date on my file. Advised me on my issue and I was on my way in minutes. I was impressed and can certainly recommend this facility.

Wont ever be going back here!! They tell me one price that I agree on and all of a sudden other charges where added on. Then they say oh I recommended it so I did it anyways!! Not your choice to chose for me!!

Terrible customer service from multiple people there. Was told my glasses were ready and crossed the city to pick them up only to be told they were sent somewhere else and I had to contact them but was given no contact information. Also when purchasing the glasses the person helping me did not know anything about their policies or sales they had going on which really complicated the process.

I would like to share my experiences while at FYI. First of all I saw Dr. Giocoli who I have been seeing for may years and I couldn't have been happier. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable while still being very friendly. Her kindness and compassion certainly made my visit less stressful. She will always be my Doctor and my husband's as well. To help me with lenses and frame selection I was helped by Carmen. I phone ahead to make sure Carmen can be my assistant because she is so good. She has helped myself and my husband with several of our glasses and we only want her. She gets our trifocal lines just perfect. And anyone who wears them knows how important that is. She is also fantastic at helping us pick out amazing frames. She has a helpful and caring personality to go along with all that talent. Carmen is also the only one we trust to adjust out glasses.
